Stay far away from chipotle in Woburn, Massachusetts if you have celiac or an allergy I have never been so embarrassed and angry at the same time in my entire life. I sat in traffic to go there - waited in line got up to the counter told the girl I had a gluten allergy even though it’s Celiac disease because it’s just easier, she looked at me like I was crazy. She hardly spoke English - so I nicely asked her if she could change her gloves because I have an allergy she tossed them - She then goes to grab a bowl put my rice in with a dirty spoon that she had just used on a flour tortilla and I watched her - I asked would you mind getting different rice because the spoon touched the non gluten free wrap. She then proceeds to pick up a wrap and put my rice on it - i said no i havd an allergy to that, ill get sick There wasn’t a long line behind me She called someone else over she looked at me they spoke Spanish to each other, and then both looked at me and said nothing!! I was modified by this point the girl that initially first started helping me loudly told her I have disease just like that - talk about embarrassing!! The other woman then says I don’t understand what you’re looking for, I said rice bowl just trying to get my lunch and I have an allergy so I can’t use something that has touched the wrap. They look at each other and just stand there looking at me .. I finally said never mind I won’t eat lunch today I’m so upset trying not to be furious at them because I was starving and she says OK we no help you anyway By this point, the other employees behind the counter, we’re just looking at me like I was crazy and everybody waiting for their food was now looking at me like I was causing a scene, but I was being as nice as I possibly could be And I wasn’t rude to them at all until the very end after she said we no help you anyway - I said this is absolutely ridiculous I can’t even order my lunch here because no one can understand what a food allergy is. I don’t go to places like this often I do go to the one in Burlington mass sometimes and have never had an issue. The anxiety I have is enough when I do try to go out to eat, but mostly I eat at home which is not good for somebody to just stay home and eat all the time and not be social but after this experience , I’m done! It was impossible to try to reach out to somebody at chipotle I had to go through all these steps and do a chat where she only could tell me I’m sorry I opened a ticket. I wasn’t expecting a big whoop to do, but that was it! The Woburn Massachusetts location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in...
Read moreI have dined at Chipotle on many occasions. From California I have eaten and enjoyed many meals from Chipotle. On March 24 while on a 6 week vacation. My wife and I arrived in Boston and got to our room and rushed to Chipotle. It was 9:00 pm and they close at 10 pm so the GPS said 4 min. I arrived at 9:30 and they had all of the food bins out of warmer and the girl (your big problem attitude) asked my order and began to prepare my bowl. I noticed the portion size was half of what I am used to. I finally spoke up when she barely put any beans. She added a few more beans and rudely asked me "meat?" I asked for chicken. I declined the salsa due to areas cleanliness. Wife asked for the same bowl that I ordered I tried to watch her make it I seen her grab the spoon she used 4 beans and quickly added chicken. She also declined the salsa had to ask for salt which came back to me in a salsa cup without a lid We raced back to Hotel to enjoy our meal and when we pulled off the foil cover we were amazed at how cold it was. My wife's was even colder than mine because that girl never even put beans on hers. I realized that mine was probably the last bottom scoop of beans from a container that they kept full of beans so the bottom was most likely old. By this time I am very upset. I am vowing to write you and post rotten reviews about my experience at Chipotle. Warn people about the rude bi**h that served us. Warn people that they close earlier than their companies other locations I have frequented. I will probably never go back to a Chipotle again. I will go back to...
Read moreOrdered food here in person about 15 minutes ago. Triple meat, I always pay extra the extra cost. Used to go to Chipotle near daily and purchase $70 - $90 per a visit so I know exactly what to expect.
Guy ignored my triple meat request at first (2 steak, 1 chicken). After confronted he gave me one fulll scoop and the crumbs on the bottom on the steak and a partial scoop of chicken with a huff under his breath. Asked him about it and insisted it was triple; whatever, I'll deal.
Go to register to checkout to pay cash and the lady swore she gave me my change back plus the difference to add to a dollar. Gave me a dirty look when I confronted her. I always count my cash in front of the camera and told her to look at the camera. It's just change but it's my change, not yours. She continued to insist she gave me the extra dollar but ended up giving me the dollarestrained. I insisted back and pulled $2,000 in cash out my pocket, all $100s minus the change I was missing and what I spent on food. I'm not going to risk stealing change when I'm carrying that much cash in my front pocket. Stop being scumbags and stealing from people.
I've worked the industry when I was a little younger, this is a common practice among employees who steal from customers. Hiring people like this is a liability to your company and they should...
