KFC — Restaurant in Wolcott

We came in at 8:30 ordered my husband a 3 piece all thigh meal, when it finally came up it was all breasts. He doesn't eat white meat. Called it to the clerks attention, she said she would not make more chicken, I watched 4 other people wall out. They had 1 thigh, 3 breasts left at 8:25. Refused to make more. All the seating sections on left & right of restaurant were already blocked off. Mop buckets on both sides. Completely shut down drive thru Well before, 9. We paid $21.00 for overcooked, dried out chicken, the wedges were literally rock hard. I thought there were only 2 people in the store. 2 others also came from the back A manager walks up from the back at exactly 9, says ok start throwing everything away???Really, if you would of done your job you could of sold what was left!! I asked for a price break because you screwed up my order. Reply, We can't make anymore Chicken. Sad, Wonder if this is a corporate store or a franchise. Worst experience. Ordered a five piece tender meal which I was told will take seven minutes to make after I ordered it. Sat there for over 20 minutes and when I finally came back in was promised the food be right out and it still wasn’t. Not only Did I waste almost a half hour on Something that should’ve taken two minutes. I then had to just ask for my money back. There was no reason given for why they couldn’t produce the food I paid for. It almost seems like frying chicken is too complex for the staff here. Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this place. I don’t care how nice you are if you can’t do what I ask, which is to do your job and serve food. Fire sale on the employees, in order for this to be a functioning business everyone must go. So now my kids have to wait even longer to eat with all the great range of choices out here....

After a long day of being out and about with my family, my boys, both are 10, were begging for fried chicken. I ordered online, some popcorn chicken from this KFC. We get there, my husband and both boys got out, admired a couple of motorcycles, and tried to get our order. The cashier demanded that my two boys be 6 feet apart from the only adult that lives in the same house andrand in the same car, right next to us. I understand social distancing, and am for it, but no where and I mean no where I have been to has done that. My husband and boys left, we don't believe it's a good idea for them to be too far away from us. On our way to a different restaurant in a different town, I called.
