Went here today ordered multiple items one of which was a “CHEESY DOUBLE BEEF BURRITO”. I was given a beefy melt. I went back in and told them I got the wrong item and the cashier looked at me like a deer in the headlights (younger guy, quiet, reserved, short curly hair), I step to the side to let others order and look beyond him to another staff member for help. There was a young woman online that came over and asked if she could help, I began to tell her what was wrong and then asked if they had a “CHEESY DOUBLE BEEF BURRITO” she said yes that’s how it’s made minus the lettuce, I responded with that is not how it is made. It’s 2 scoops of beef, a scoop of rice, nacho cheese, sour cream, red strips and three cheese. She said yeah so just the lettuce is wrong I said no the lettuce is wrong as well it’s a different item. She walks away from me as I’m explaining goes back to the line makes a burrito. And comes back and says beefy melt remake smiles sarcastically and walks away. One employee treated me as if I was stupid, has an attitude, needs some customer service and food service training and the other just needs some proper training in general he seemed clueless. Read morePerson taking my order was beyond rude. I ordered my first item, nacho fries, she said it would be a 4 minute wait. I said that was fine. Then she said "is there anything else? This can't be a big order because it's early and im the only one working" I then asked if it was okay if I ordered a chicken quesadilla she sighed loudly and said okay pull around for your total. So I didn't have the opportunity to order anything else when I pulled up to the window she had her hand out waiting for payment without telling me the total. I handed her cash she handed me a receipt with the change I said thank you and she shut the window then she gave me my order and shut the window again. I know it was early but when this is your job and the store is open it is your job to be friendly and take care of the customers. I've worked and managed fast food this is not an appropriate way to act. Her name was Michelle I had just never dealt with somebody so rude and unpleasant to be at work. Maybe her hours should be changed to a later time as she was not prepared to take an order. Read moreWe were helped by Ryan, He took our order, and that right Ryan did take the we wanted it. I ordered the chicken chilupa deluxe box, and it doesn't come with a drink. My wife ordered the double cheesy beef burrito meal, and that does come with the drink, and Ryan handed it to my wife. No problem up to this point, but when they gave us our food, it was wrong. So I asked them to make it right either give me my money back or give me the food. Their reply was that they told me to get out of the building. I will not e leave without my money now. The manager, Amanda, came out and started telling me to stop being rude. And to get out, but at this time, I have not gotten my money back. So Amanda said she would be back, but she went to call the police on me, and they showed up. "WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS" They did nothing or where there was nothing they could do..... If there was anything else I could do about this place, I surely would, but I would ask if everybody would just stay away from it. And save yourself to headache. The owners of this Taco Bell should FIRE these to people as fast as possible before they lose...
