Lazy employees. I placed an online order got my confirmation and the payment is pending from my bank For some reason, the receipt did not come through to the printer to make the order I confirmed this is the correct location and showed my phone to the employee

The two girls immediately said they don’t know what to do and I asked if they could contact the manager and her immediate response was our manager literally just quit Then I suggested they called the franchise owner since the payment is pending from my bank After that suggestion, what do they do they call the manager who supposedly just quit After two attempts manager did not answer so they called the franchise owner

If I could rate zero stars on the service I would. The lady who was working tonight was extremely rude and I will never go there again as long as she is working. She was completely impolite to the elder couple that was ordering before us and rushing them through their order without helping them with the menu. When she got to my order, I could not find the sandwich that I wanted on the menu and she was clearly annoyed and told me to “just tell me what kind of meat you want” and could not give me a second to think or find it. When it came to putting toppings on the sandwich she made me tell her every single topping I wanted before even starting to add them and was rushing us to get it over with when there was no one else in line behind us. Wife is sick so I went to pick up some sandwiches. There was not a single person in line when I got there and right away the young, heavy set, blonde girl gave me attitude. The whole time she made the sandwiches she just threw stuff together very sloppily and acted as though I just ruined her entire day.
