On Friday, March 7th, I called in 2 pizzas. A family-size gourmet vegetarian with olives and no artichoke, and a family pepperoni. It was my birthday, and I wanted pizza, so the order was called in just before they closed. My daughter picked up the pizzas and my gourmet vegetarian had bacon and chicken when she got home.
The pepperoni was fine but I am vegetarian, so I was unable to eat either pizza. I called the store and was told that they closed the line and could not remake the vegetarian, but I could come in the next day to have it fixed and get a free pizza.
I went in tonight and the workers tried to convince me that the "remake " was the free pizza. No, I paid $20 ish for a pizza that they messed up and had to redo. That is not a free pizza. So, they tried to say that the offer was just for a redo. That is not what the guy said. Obviously, you are going to redo the pizza that they messed up and left me with no food for my birthday dinner. Getting the correct pizza that I originally ordered is owed and is not a "we are sorry, here is something for your inconvenience." They tried to accuse me of attitude when I asked why they were acting all pissed off when it was their mistake. She replied that it wasn't them personally and that I was giving attitude. Obviously, it wasn't you who did it, but you are the ones telling me the remake of the screwed-up pizza is my free one, and if you want to call my complete frustration and disbelief at how dumb their rationality was over the issue then whatever. I didn't curse or yell but I did almost cry because the store messed up and they didn't give a cr@p.
If the store messes up a customer's pizza and they are going to fix it, they should not refer to the replacement as a free pizza. The employees should not be using the terms remake and free interchangeably. We go there all the time so it's...

So this particular location struggles. A lot. They don’t even begin your online order until you get there to pick it up.
Today, I put in my online order at 4:00 for an ASAP pick up. They printed out ticket at 3:54 and 3:58 and we paid at 5:13. 😅
When I arrived, the worker told me that it’d be a long wait and they were way behind. My food was not ready when I got there. We sat there waiting for 45…..

minutes.
So by 5:15 I finally got my pizza.
Thanks, Papa Murphy’s. I missed the start of MLB baseball playoff game that I wanted to see and missed one of my favorite players get a home run.
This order was a swing and a miss by y’all. 100% will find another location to support until they either hire the appropriate amount of people or commit to the pick up times.
Also, poorly made. This slice has nothing but 18 pieces of chicken.
No artichoke. No bacon. No spinach. NO THANKS!
They also ran out of mushrooms, so every person who ordered mushrooms, did not receive them. They did offer us a replacement topping but that’s just not the same.
Poor preparation and...
Read moreI have become very unsatisfied with the Woodvillage, OR location. On 7/5/22 I placed an online order and was informed it would take 31 minutes. I arrived onsite 40 minutes later & was informed that it would be at least another 30 minutes before the pizza would be made. This was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. I told them to cancel the order and credit my card. They said they could not process a credit due to the manager not being onsite. Why is there not a manager onsite all the time? I returned the next day, 7/6, spoke to the manager and was told a credit will appear 2-3 days later. That did not happen so on 7/26/22 I returned to the shop, spoke to the manager and was told the credit would be issued and even received a print out. It is now 8/9/22 and the credit still has not hit my credit card. Now I have to return AGAIN to see if I can get my money back! The management has severely...
