Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Corporate needs to be involved in this location. This location will no longer get my business for multiple reasons. I’ll start off with the incident today so mind you I always order through the app just to make sure orders are clear and concise but unfortunately, 9 times out of 10 orders are always wrong. And me being dumb. Obviously I stand around and wait for the order to be remade even though I’m getting nasty comments and rude employees. Today I ordered my iced coffee as I do just about every day and again, even though I pay for extras for my drink and it’s ordered through the app I always get old coffee today My coffee was soured nor did I get anything in it that I ordered. There wasn’t even ice it’s undrinkable and disgusting so again I waste my time ,money and points. I want corporate to contact me about this location because I’m sick of this. This happens far too often and it’s not just for me its other people to. Not even a week ago. give me someone else’s coffee just with my sticker on it and I know what my coffee looks like and this one was almost white and I said that’s not mine and they insisted it was I tasted us. It was butter pecan, even though my stickers on it says a completely different flavor. So they became spiteful and made me wait 30 minutes for my drink to be remade mind you know I was running late for work but the list continues like I said before corporate needs to get involved in this location. They are tarnishing the Dunkin’ Donuts brand and I want my account compensated for all the issues that I have on a daily basis with...

This Dunkin' Donuts is around the corner from my house and I go here multiple times a day for coffee, donuts, ect. Today when I went in to order my decaf coffee, they poured the decaf in the cup and there wasn't enough that it only filled the cup half way, so as I'm watching them do this, the workers whispered to each other and I watch the girl take the regular coffee and fill the rest of my cup up! Thank god I was watching them do it bc I can NOT drink caffeine, that is why I order decaf! I am very angry that this happened to me for the reason if I didn't physically watch them do this, I would have never known and drank the regular caffeinated coffee! I will travel a linger distance to go to the dd in the next town over. This location is a rip off. I got a mocciato and it tasted like milk and sugar. Meanwhile wheres the espresso? I called and left a mess to complain to magangement. But im finding management does not care. Theyre rude. They dont make the coffee correctly and you ask for a toasted bagel and it was cold. You ask for cream cheese on your bagel and they spread it lightly like butter. They do not have a smile never!!!! They fired the boy who provided great customer service.
