I ordered takeout. The portions were good and the food had flavor and it was fresh. The chicken chicharrons were dry and over fried. The problem was that everything was unbelievably salty. Even the pigeon rice was just far too salty. My husband even remarked that maybe the chef had spilled salt into the food by mistake but I said, it's not possible because EVERYTHING we ordered was just so salty. It was our first time having food from there and it has potential but the chef really needs a much lighter hand with the salt. You can always add salt but you can't take it away. It was inedible after a few bites and we had to drink a lot of water.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich. The bread was not pressed a Cuban has pressed bread. They put white American cheese instead of Swiss.a Cuban has Swiss. Also had no pickle. They put no sliced ham a Cuban has ham. The pernil was ok but it has a ton of mayonnaise on it which made it gross. Call it a pernil and white American cheese with mayonnaise sandwich.
