Terrible service. The two girls working both kept grabbing their phones to text while being extremely behind on everyone's order. It seemed like they kept making wrong orders as there were multiple drinks melting on the counter. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato, which is my usual order, and it was incorrectly made, which is impressive given that its one of the easiest drinks to make. I doubt there was even a full esspresso shot in it. Starbucks tends to be really consistent on their drinks but this one was horrible. I witnessed one guest give up and leave while many others stood frustrated waiting on drinks. When one customer asked about the staus of their order they got an arrogantly toned respose of "your order is coming up" they were still waiting when I left. Lastly, they were not taking guest names making the orders even more confused. I didn't get the girls names but this was on Oct. 6 at 6pm. Both staff members should be replaced immediately. The location would be better off not opening at all than having employees like this. No sense of urgency or work ethic. Not to mention...
Read moreBEWARE OF THE HAIR IN YOUR CARMEL FRAPPUCINO!! I will never go to this place again-My chai latte was OK but the caramel Frappuccino without whipped cream and coconut milk for my spouse had hairs in it near my he bottom-of cup much after drinking it! This is absolutely gross and one thing I noticed is that there was not anyone wearing a hairnet in that place. This place is absolutely disgusting and considering the money I spend at Starbucks and people spend for boutique drink the health department should shut this place down.
It makes you wonder now did someone wash their hair with the cup and they said it down how does hair show up unless someone was brushing the hair around the place! Thank God we didn’t order any food I would hate to think what we might’ve found in the food!
This place should take a tip from the Starbucks at the Delaware welcome center they know how to do it right!
Unfortunately by the time we discovered the hairs in the drink we were too far going down the road… it makes me wonder what could’ve been in my drink and I didn’t even notice because I was...

Ordered a shaken espresso beverage. Absolute garbage. The barista was deeply engaged in a conversation with a customer, read the order over and over probably because he was distracted, during which he killed the shots, started shaking the ice and espresso so much it foamed up to the top of the shaker, poured it into a grande cup, which of course ended up overflowing, proceeded to dump out the espresso instead of scooping out the foam, topped it off with the milk foam. Gave it a minute, my cup is now half empty. This is a rest area, people are already groggy from traveling, so thanks for adding to my agitation and traffic. I’m sure they’re counting on the fact that no matter how terrible their service is, people will stop in for coffee while they stop by this rest area. Starbucks corporation really needs to focus on improving rest...
