If I had any other options for pizza delivery where I live, I would not order from this store again.
There are some employees who actually can make a decent pizza, however, I am frequently delivered a sloppily made pizza or stuffed cheese bread.
It takes forever and a day for my order to arrive as well. I live literally 10 minutes from the store, and if the order tracker is correct, the driver has been out and about for over half an hour. (Please note that my estimated wait time was 37-47 minutes, and it has taken over 30 minutes from my pizza to be driven to me, and it's still not even here.)
This is standard.
I have even placed a "future order" before and received a call that it was going to be 45 minutes late. (I was allegedly next in line, this isn't a very big town, it was late, and it wasn't even a weekend, yet somehow they needed 45 more minutes to deliver my order.) They might have only had one driver that night, but they certainly had time to plan getting my pizza to me at least close to the time I had requested it.
It's also excellent when the tracker states my order has arrived long before it actually has.
I'm really not sure what the Dominos employees at the Woodburn location are doing with their time, but I can assure you it isn't focusing on making a quality product or customer service whatsoever.
Simply put, do not order from this location if you have any other option, and definitely not if you are hungry, because you will probably resort to eating whatever you can find in the house well before your mediocrely made pizza arrives.
EDIT I asked for a square cut pizza. Instead, they sent me a "creative cut".
It seems they don't appreciate criticism for their inability to provide...
Read moreEverything above the below line is an update as of 7/4/22. The original score was 2/5. Dominos has come around a bit so I am updating it to a 4 - my deliveries aren't typically taking more than an hour at the very most, and when it does they pretty much automatically send me an email that the order wasn't what they wanted it to be, with free pizza points to redeem a free pizza. I can tell they're still understaffed with drivers, as I get the same ones frequently, but that's understandable as workers around the US seek higher employment. Their pizza and other products are also usually better than they were - I haven't had a major issue in a while, though sometimes I feel the "extra" option for toppings isn't very extra, but what can you do. I'm not the type to usually complain, but lately deliveries are taking upward of 2 hours to be completed, and tonight especially, my stuffed jalapeno and bacon cheesy bread was severely lacking. There was no cheese inside, but some sprinkled on the top, and maybe 3 jalapenos in the entire loaf, as well as just a few sprinklings of bacon.
The staff is always polite, especially the drivers, and I genuinely like eating here normally, and again I'm genuinely not the type to usually complain - but the deliveries taking so long and delivering a mediocre product like this has left me dishearted. I understand they only keep one driver working late at night, but their tracker should reflect that instead of stating that it will...
Read moreThis place has gotten really better in the past few months. This particular location is always understaffed so food takes a little bit longer than needed. But, the food is relatively consistent when it comes down to quality and taste. The staff here are really kind and I love picking up my pizza here.
Give it a few months ago this place was consistently terrible and I had very bad experiences here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this place a way better experience than it used to be.
When I pick up my pizza in the store it is usually very hot and fresh. I will brush home to enjoy my food while it is still warm. Delivery may not be the same great experience that I get when I pick it up so, I prefer to pick it up myself but your mileage may vary.
The only thing is when I do carside delivery I usually see them mark my pizza is being done before it's actually boxed and ready to be handed out, which usually results to me getting a free pizza because they don't give it to me within 2 minutes of it being "done". I like the fact that the two minutes helps encourage employees to give out the pizza promptly, but I feel it silly that I keep on getting a free pizza every time I come up for carside delivery 😅 so y'all should have a different...
