Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Woodburn

Every other time I order from this place it's like throwing money into the trash. Quality is very hit and miss. There have been times i've ordered and its been great, other times bad.

The reason ive finally decided to submit a 1 star is because Dec. 9th was the last straw. Our order was over $57 (A Taco Pizza, A veggie lovers with extra mushroom and donut bites and 2 20oz sodas.) The order arrived a full 33 minutes late from the projected delivery time. When i called to see where it was, the manager had to figure out if it was DoorDash (Really? Thats another topic of business behavior I wont even touch here.) or their driver. It was their driver. When the order finally arrived it was missing the 2 drinks we ordered and every single thing in it was stone cold and stale, with the lettuce on the taco pizza basically turning into slime, the veggie lovers was very lazily put together and of-course was missing the extra mushrooms and finally the donut bites were actually burnt to a crisp as well as being cold.

Whoever the franchise owner is of this place (and a lot of other franchises in Woodburn) seriously needs to start taking a more active role in...

If you think I'm giving this Pizza Hut 4 stars because the pizza was amazing, I'm sorry. It's quite solidly thick, greasy, and well proportioned American fast food filler with fresh but cheap and bland ingredients. Honestly, it's Pizza Hut! I'm giving it 4 stars because it did exactly what Pizza Hut is supposed to do. It provided the take out pizzas I ordered exactly to spec on open school night when I didn't have time to cook. The pizzas were ready right on time. They were hot. The kids ate them. They cost $20 for 2 large pizzas. I ate a piece. One piece was plenty. Why didn't they get 5 stars for doing exactly what they're supposed to? There was some small confusion when picking them up. My name is Adam but for some reason they were under the name Jarol (?). I'm sorry Jarol if I snagged your pizzas. But I doubt Jarol actually exists because one of the pizzas was custom and a custom I doubt anyone else has ever ordered there. I really wanted to give you 5 stars after reading the reviews saying the pizza was cold or took too long. Pizza was hot and timely. But, Jarol from Adam? 4...

The woman that took my order over the phone was very nice and respectful. Although our order was correct, the Hershey's chocolate chip cookie I bought was doughy inside and the outer (1" - 1.5" give or take) was way over cooked. Very hard and, to all of us, uneatable. We had to throw it away unfortunately. I had ordered the big dinner box with pasta and two pizzas, that was perfect. The biggest issue I have is the fact that, on the phone, I was told that my total was just over $70.00, yet a few hours after we ate I had called my card to check my balance and apparently I was charged over $10.00 extra that I knew nothing about, nor did I use my card for anything else. So why would y'all tell me my order amount but end up charging me $10+ more than I was told? Plus, I never got my receipt from the delivery driver. I know accidents happen but how was this overlooked or happened? I'd most definitely like my money back for the overcharge and the well overdone cookie, please! I really hate to complain, but I really don't appreciate money being taken from me...
