Remember that time you gave my order to another customer and attempted to call them and it took over ten minutes with you trying to get them to come back? I have no idea what some random person is doing with my food and I wouldn’t want to eat something that might not be safe. I can’t tell you how gross and unprofessional that is. I had to request you remake it and I got attitude. In case you are wondering the proper way to have handled this situation would’ve been as follows:
Customer-I’m sorry but this is not what I ordered.
Restaurant- Oh no we’ll remake that for you immediately and here is a garlic knot while you wait. I’m very sorry about this but we’ll make it right.
I now question what other unscrupulous activity goes on at this establishment.
After some time I figured I’d give them another try. Congratulations on the worst hoagie I’ve ever eaten. No onions means as such. Go to the grocery store and purchase vine ripened tomatoes during the winter. No excuse for light pink mealy tomatoes. Have some pride.
I see your Facebook posts describing how much better you are than your competitors and it doesn’t translate in the execution. Arrogance will be your downfall.
Edit: I’m not your friend 🤡. Oh and you can stop asking for tips before you do anything. Tips are earned through good service. They are not entitlements. If you’re so concerned about the earnings of your minions you should probably offer them...
Read moreThis is how pizza should be! I came across All About The Crust on TikTok, and found out it was about an hour away from me. When you pull up, it doesn't look like much as it's in a little shopping plaza. Inside it looks like your standard small pizza shop, which is totally fine and what I expected. There isn't much atmosphere to be had here, but let's be honest, we're here for the pizza and that's what matters.
As the saying goes, not all pizza is good pizza and sometimes it's hard to find a GOOD slice if you know what I mean, so I try a lot of pizza places looking for who is the best. We ordered a pepperoni garlic knot pizza, a little twist on a classic pie. Folks, this is the pizza you are looking for! I judge a pizza by its crust and this crust is phenomenal. The bottom crust was crispy but still had the chew you expect, and it could hold the weight of the toppings - no flimsy pie here. The garlic knots along the outer crust were delicious and a great addition and the toppings were great as expected. I was blown away by this pie and wish it were closer to me as it would become my weekly go-to place. I will definitely be traveling back to try some...
Read moreMy family and I have ordered from All About the Crust a handful of times and haven’t been disappointed. This time we ordered a buffalo chicken pie and a plain with half sausage for the kids. And a side of garlic knots as well for my oldest cause he loves the garlic knot pie. The order started with a girl taking our order and raving about the buff chick pie. She quoted 45-1 hour for the delivery. It arrived early as it always does :) The delivery driver comes to the door with a mask (thank you) and he raved about my home and the neighborhood and how he watched it be built. He was so kind it made my night. THEN I tasted the garlic knots. Beyond delicious. I even saved the extra garlic sauce for whatever I’ll cook this week. My boys loved their sausage and plain pie. And for myself and husband... we devoured 4 slices of buff chick pie. It was more than I expected. The taste was there as well as the spice. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience tonight. To end this review, I’ve owned my own pizzeria and can’t even imagine how hard this time is on them. They have gone above and beyond with service and product and we are absolutely long...
