Line was long. But there was almost 10 mins where it wasn’t moving at all. With 4 people working it shouldn’t have taken this long..
And with a line out the door, they are making money.. please tell me why the place looks like it was built 60 years ago and they have never updated a single thing.. and their menu is a bunch of prices of paper taped to the wall and a chalk board.. invest some money into your business and make it a nice place that people want to visit, and want to take pictures.. just an aesthetical nightmare

The Indian guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and snippy. The girl acted like a deer in the headlights and there was no communication between the two at all. She said she couldn't handle the money but did not tell him when any of her transactions needed to be made. Honestly wanted to give my money to a small business but just save yourself the headache and go to Carvelin Watertown or...
