I have been waiting for this place to open hoping that this place would be a hit. I went have dinner and order t-bone dinner, double broccoli, cheese bread. The steak was grilled but you can tell the add water to hurry the cooking process and takes the taste away and makes the steak hard.
They garlic bread had no taste and the butter base smelled rancid.
The broccoli had a fishy smell.
So the grade of the food for me is a very low and enough not to recommend this establishment until they fix the process in witch they prepare and cook food.
The necessity of having a private opening is to establish a base point for the operation and guide lines of the restaurant.
Test the cooks under pressure and ability that they have to prepare food under stress.
The waitresses or waiters responsibility is to visually check the food for preparation and desireability.
Managers, shift leaders are suppose to ensure all the food is quality and the cooking are following the cooking instructions and recipes. If a cook interject their style of cooking then it takes away from the desire foods customers seek. I.e French cooks can't put their twist to country food and if they do it will not taste the same.
Success is based on quality not quantity. I hope the owner of this new Dennys read and take this constructive criticism and improves the traditional taste of the old time American...
Read moreI had the pleasure of being served by Maribel at Denny’s, and I have to say. Her service was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Maribel was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that truly made our dining experience enjoyable. She made sure our food came out just the way we ordered and checked on us throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Maribel, for your exceptional service, we’ll definitely be back...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, the greeter was cheerful and quickly seated us. As I observed the crew working as it was fully packed. Beginning with the chefs that were putting out food quickly, the servers that served us within 10 minutes and the bus boys that quickly cleaned and had it ready for the next group. We were really impressed. We don’t go to Denny’s often, only depending on what area we’re in. But this one I think was the best I have seen. I spoke to Noe the manager, and he was very grateful, and said that his team really work together to give the best service possible. I can definitely attest to...
