As good as always This location has been a few different restaurants in the past with the most recently being Toast. It became part of the Big Boy Family in February of 2018. I Arrived at 9:00 and was greeted near the door. There were around 10 customers at the time. The wait staff consisted of a waitress and a hostess/server. I was offered coffee as I sat down and was given a menu. I selected the Eggs and Meat option. This was Especially for Seniors Menu. It consisted of Two eggs, Two strips of Bacon, Toast or Pancakes and includes bottomless coffee. What? Did I read that right? It INCLUDES coffee? Ok I am not the biggest fan of Big Boy coffee I find it slightly bitter but I couldn’t resist the price. My order arrived within a few minutes. The meal was neatly plated. Eggs were cooked to my liking and no residual grease Bacon was done but just on the edge of being crispy. The pancakes (two of them) were done perfectly not dry or overdone. The syrup is brought warm to the table in a squeeze bottle. The lid on the bottle was nearly broken off but workable. The design was not very well thought out, as it gets sticky from the syrup that inevitably gets all over the lid when its used, and is kind of a pain to open. I digress. The Breakfast was what I have come to expect from Big Boy as I have eaten at their establishments several times. Food done as ordered, quick service and a great value. I don’t think the name outside will be changing anytime soon. Makes me miss the location in Flat Rock that still sits empty.

Classic American breakfast... Omelet was well made but mushrooms underdone. Hashbrowns were kinda stirred on the flattop rather then cooked on either side to a nice crisp but still soft on the inside. Gravy was good and biscuit was fluffy and on point. Couple slices of pie as well, the coconut creme was good. Nice environment, and very nice staff all around... The kids being babysat by electronics seems to be everywhere so I'll just say... If your gonna sit with your family at the table, toss the electronics in a bag. Nothing sadder then a 4 year old watching a phone and his father not paying any attention while he's on his phone

Newly renovated (in fact some tools still in entrance area 8/4/17) reasonably priced clean family restaurant, with daily specials, Soup & Salad Bar and breakfast all day long...they have a lot of TVs, but none of them could be tuned to the Tigers Game...they even deliver to local hotels, etc...only 4-Stars...last warm-up of coffee tasted like they included floor cleanser as an ingredient...pot was dumped and it was replaced free by Sarah our waitress who was welcoming & friendly....Please give a thumbs up 👍 if this review helps you - thanks

My wife and I come here several times a year and always have an enjoyable meal. Our waitress tonight was Nobleen (beautiful name!) and she took good care of our needs. Perfect timing to top-off my wife's coffee is always an evaluation point for her. She had the fried shrimp with fries and cole slaw, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had the Philly Cheesesteak with onion rings and was totally satisfied. I was impressed with the serving size of each, and we did not leave hungry. And a note that the bathrooms were clean!! We'll be back!

This place was awesome! I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my hubby had the big boy burger while my kiddos enjoyed the pancakes with bacon. Every part of our meal was delicious and I can't wait to go back. First time ever trying them but they definitely have a customer for life now. The waitstaff were awesome as well and because they didn't have creations they brought my daughter's colored gel pens from one of the waitresses in the back. So sweet and awesome food. Love big boys!
