Attention Staff! I would like to apologize for getting my order corrected. It was wrong but the guy taking the order made me feel like I was in the wrong for my almost $18 sub having the wrong toppings. The staff is young but customer service is horrible for something easily corrected.
Ordered a Vito with no lettuce and add peppers. Didn't realize until I got home it was different, no tomatoes and add mustard. Those ingredients don't even sound the same. Anyway I felt the attitude when I called about the issue. The same attitude was there when I was inside the store.
I didn't eat the sub, which came 2 wrapped in sections so one was open and the other completely unwrapped. The young man checked it out and then said going into special storage and chucked it all in the trash. I get protocol but honestly I wouldv'e gave someone the unwrapped who needed it but perfectly wrapped sub was trash.
I had to repeat my original order multiple times and this time I just said cherry peppers, the cashier was like we don't have cherry peppers just Jimmy's peppers. Which is wild because thats what they are but he had an attitude for no reason.
Now that I think about it I never got an apology for the issue so until then Another JIMMY JOHNS location. Freaky slow service too, other reviews are 100% correct.
UPDATE: reached out to cooperate after the copy and paste response and they have done nothing to reach out.Supposedly 12-24 hours for a response. So that means the staff can just freestyle subs and have bad customer service because nothing would...
Read moreToday was one of my worst experiences ever at Jimmy John’s in Woodhaven. I will never go there ever again! I ordered #9 unwich combo. I never got my chips, the sandwich that was slopped together and small. I understand mistakes happen, but I called the manager to explain I didn’t receive my chip and the sandwich wasn’t made that well. If there was anything she could do. If not no worries. she got an attitude with me. Once I asked for her name. she decided to hang up on me. So I called back to express how rude it was and she hung up again. So I decided I would drive back up there to get my bag of chips and show her the sandwich. when I walked in, I asked to talk to the manager. The manager continued to be aggressive and very rude. I asked for her name and she said she forget her name and wouldn’t give me her name. Eventually, the name she gave me was “Sally Longbottom” not sure if that’s a real name, but she continued to rude and condescending then tell me to leave her place because it’s harassment, and will call the cops on me.even though I was just trying to explain how rude it was to hang up on someone and to talk down to a customer. so if you ever see a manager named Sally Longbottom just know she will never help you with anything and is probably one of the worst managers you will ever encounter…..if that’s even her real name.
Thank you Sally Longbottom for the horrible customer service. If your work ethic was as big as your ego, maybe things would be done...
Read moreOrdered lunch through DoorDash. My dasher called me upset to express that they refused to give him my order claiming that it had already been picked up and he was the third person to try. The app showed on both of our ends that the order was not picked up and was waiting for the dasher. I could hear them being rude to the dasher as we were on the phone, so I called and the girl was just as nasty to me. She very RUDELY told me it wasn’t her issue it was a DoorDash issue. I followed up by asking if it’s a “them issue” if they gave my order away to someone else and she loudly told me no because she’s not the one who gave the order to someone. I was told I couldn’t speak to the manager because they were on the phone, I was then hung up on after being told to “have the day I deserve” and when I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer the phone. The customer service at this location is ATROCIOUS. And I wouldn’t spend a penny of my money here with this...
