Pulled up to the drive thru at 1010am. 20 mins till breakfast ends and not a single other car in sight, I was excited, this was gonna be a quick visit... After pulling up to the speaker box I promptly said "good morning!" After a long pause I repeated myself... After another brief pause I got no reply back.. at this point two other cars pull into the drive thru next to me and immediately were greeted and began to order, after the first car drives fowards in front of me it became clear someone was not working this speaker and I'll just pull up. I finally got a response, but at this point the second car also pulled towards to pay and collect their food.. annoyed by this I decided to inform the manager at the window, not complain, just offer my feedback on not the best customer experience I've had. As a manager myself I always appreciate good feedback on my store and team. The manager wasn't having it, instead of acknowledging what I was saying she offered no level of sympathy and offered only an excuse. If you don't care to learn from this and improve your store I'm just wasting my time I thought So I thanked her for listening and proceed to pay, after collecting my drink I was told the food will take an additional 6 mins... Sure I thought no big deal, I parked where they told me and waited... And waited... And waited.... 22 mins later I asked the manager where my food was as she delivered the 3rd bag of food to other waiting customers.. she explained to me that because of the change from breakfast to lunch it will take extra time... And that she was suggest visiting sooner than 1025am to get the food quicker ask the change slows down existing breakfast orders.... So after waiting an additional 10 mins... I got fed up and walked in with either the mind set to get my food or my money back. She handed me half my order and asked me to wait just a few moments later, I agreed and was finally handed my last 2 of 5 breakfast sandwiches... Only to drive to work open the bag and find this half McMuffin, half Biscuit that took 40 mins to make.... Today was not the day this happened. This is the day I went to the other McDonald's on West Rd and got the exact same order with crispy bacon in less than 10 mins. Thanks other McDonald's. But this McDonald's will never waste...

Paul goes above and beyond, making us customers feel valued once again, and all while dealing with one thing after another. Definitely including,but more than likely not limited to; *being down 2 crew members *Having a shake machine break down with at least 4 ordered *A car broke down in the front of the drive thru lane
Handling these and other mishaps on top of the already busy lunch rush & dozens more orders than usual due to festival preparation and local construction... Yeah, you're getting the picture... On top of the insanity that I saw in the few minutes I was there, and it was; only a few minutes, which blew my mind. Paul stepped into the shoes and rules of at least 3 different ppl to handle business. Hopefully he gets bumped up the ladder and into the regional manager role so all the McDonald's restaurants locally can benefit from the intelligence and drive he brings to game. Until then,... Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst bad experience here and it wasnāt even just bad, it was outrageous. The food was fresh, Iāll give them that but the treatment was ridiculous. Upon leaving the location I realized one of the sandwiches was missing while I quickly glanced in the bag. Drove home to pass the food out to the kids and then realized all the nuggets I ordered werenāt in the bag. Drove back to the store and my child went in to let them know/grab them. The man working asked what was wrong and my son told him and he was like āwell you came back in for a sandwich (which was sitting there because they had forgot to put it in my bag) so how did you miss the nuggets were missing?ā My son was like Iām not sure we just quickly checked and wanted to get home. The man then said āmaybe next time make sure all your food is there the first time.ā Iām sorry but thatās the EMPLOYEES JOB, not MINE! Customers to get what they order, not to make sure the employees do their job then get crappy comments from them when THEY mess...
