Went heard for something quick and simple. Was enjoying the day out with my 2 yr old gran. Just wanted to treat her to some chicken nuggets which she loves. We went through the drive through the female worker ( I would have loved to know her name to put it here) she was rude. Obnoxious and rather impatience. They had a biggie $ 5 special of which I was trying to understand. She was literally screaming through the microphone in frustration., and cutting me off speaking over me when I spoke. No respect with poor costumer interaction. She was unbelievably out of place. I did told her to have the manager ready when I got to the window.I got to the window around 4- 5 workers was there and so I requested to speak to the manager a young lady came to the window with laugh on her face pretending to be the manger .I then proceeded to explain to her in my spirit I felt she was pretendingto be the manager, she then ask me to wait. A manager Cindy came to the window she was polite and promise to speak with the employee though I was not convinced she would. She gave me 10 %, off my order while that was appropriate it was not necessary. I had no issue paying for my order. I will prefer that this discount will go toward inservice and training of this type of inappropriate employee. These type of staff are definently bad for business and should not be dealing g with the public. As a professional I will not accept this type of behavior neither should anyone else today there are simply so many choices. Read moreI ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 Dave singles 1 with no pickle, 1spicy chicken with cheese, and a Pretzel burger. I received all 4 however the cheese was not added to the chicken but I was charged for it. The pretzel burger was burnt one of the Dave singles had old burnt bacon on it (which I didn’t ask for bacon) and the other single had pickles on it which I stated that I didn’t want. I called up to the location to discuss my issue and the first person that answered was polite listened to the issue. I asked for the manager they said they were the manager. They asked what my order was I told them and he pulled it up on his end. He then put me on hold and someone different came to the phone. This one had a nasty attitude and asked me if I had my receipt I told him yes but I also said that the guy before pulled the order up. The guy then got an attitude again and stated that he couldn’t help me without my receipt because he didn’t know if I was someone different lying about my order his words were “I don’t know if this was your order I can’t just give you free stuff” I usually love wendys but this location failed to get the order correctly then when told it wasn’t correct had a disgusting attitude. Read moreWarning! Floors are extremely slippery! A few months back I was at this location the force felt kind of greasy. Today we went in for lunch and they just mop the floors. The floor was very slippery. I notified him of the situation and they told me that they must have used the water and the mop from the back kitchen area for the dining room floors. It seems to be a common problem with them because every time I've gone in this location the floors felt greasy.
Today the floors were extra slippery then previously.
After notifying them of the problem a guy went out there with a mop that was what and began to try to mop the floor.
The individual added water to an oily floor which increased how slippery the floor was.
I just left the location at 2:30 Sunday June 2nd
This Google review also adds a bit of information for anyone that happens to have a slip and fall and a serious injury.
I have no problem standing there and testifying if that does occur.
Because they kind of brushed it off as like it doesn't matter kind of attitude when I spoke with them.
I told them that need to hire a professional company out to remove the grease from the flooring.
And I also told them that they need to shut down their dining room until their floors are taken care of due to the severe safety risk.
