7-Eleven — Restaurant in Woodland Park

Is there any way i could give this 7eleven less stars. I have a few complaints but i will leave it at i personally feel like stealing and telling me its my problem not thiers is wrong and not what you tell a customer. So let me explain its simple, i went in yesterday got my cigarettes coffee and scratch offs . Left out got to my car noticed i didnt have my scratch offs went back in he said its my problem not his , he never put the scratch offs in my hand i asked them to check the cameras because i went to my car and came back no more than a minute passed.i wanna know who took my scratch offs they didnt even acknowledge me asking them to check the cameras he said did he give u the scratch offs i said he didnt put them in my hand he mustve put them on the counter but i didnt grab them can u check the cameras he said its not his problem. Service was horrible, the clerk with a dot on his head got very rude and obnoxious because I wanted to exchange my purchase, that never asked him to ring up in the first place. This took place at 1:50 a.m. and there were no other customers around!!!!

He kept telling me to leave and didn't want to exchange the products and then proceeded to accuse my roommate and I of being drunk. When I asked for the name of the manager and his name as well, he said come back in the morning, he flat out refuse to give me his name and the manager's.

WHAT????!!!! WOOOW.

I've been a customer for several years, since 2015, and never had this experience before what the hell is going on,...

The 7-Eleven is located on rifle Camp Road in West Paterson I was hiking at Garret Mountain and rifle Camp Park and I was very tired I also have 7-Eleven rewards and so whenever I’m on a budget and want something to drink I usually get the $.49 big gulp it was very conveniently placed also the store itself is a older 7-Eleven but has all your basic features to a 7-Eleven my only problem with the stores that one of the employees named Ashley was very nice but didn’t have a face mask on which is not safe due to COVID-19 but she’s behind a plastic container so it can’t be that big of a problem but it’s still not...
