I can’t believe that the county health department lets this place stay open, it hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in years . The tile flooring and grout are disgusting . There is years of nasty ice cream buildup on all the outdoor seating and it’s depressing to even sit outside because the outside is so run down and dirty, the planters are filed with trash and the whole place just looks terrible from the lack of maintenance . I had to close my eyes to the fact that every crack and crevice on the indoor counters are packed with grime and shear filth. The hot chocolate syrup pot has been broken for over 6months and still sits on counter next to the register with some crust stuck to the bottom of it. I guess it will take someone getting really sick before they do something about it because obliviously the owners don’t care. Shame on you . You only have to visit the place to see...

This has to be the most unsanitary place in Woodland. Seriously someone call the heath inspector. Floors where literally black with dirt and every corner crusted over. Work area where food was prepped and served was covered in wasted product. One female employee had long fake nails, I wouldn't mind so much (even though Im sure its against Safe Serve regulation and guidelines) but i draw the line when she is touching food without gloves (fingers on ice cream). Even a person with good hand sanitation and without nails has a high probability of causing a bacterial outbreak or food born illness. Don’t go to this location ESPECIALLY within a 1/2 hour of closing. Tried for a mint chip shake shake on Wed, they were “out” of that flavor. Told another customer they were out of all cones. Went back on Friday for the mint chocolate chip shake and the two girls working were upset and yelled “we close in 15 minutes!” Asked for the mint chip shake and this time they say they are out of milk. I believe they didn’t want to dirty the blender. People kept coming in behind us and they kept yelling the countdown to closing. 9:22 pm they kicked out three people trying to come in and locked the door! Horrible customer service! Will...
