Steve's Pizza - Woodland — Restaurant in Woodland

Anyway, we went to the Steve's place location in Woodland last night for dinner and we had what I can only best describe as a poor experience. Firstly, I acknowledge that we expected a wait, as it was a Saturday night, but it took way too long to get our pizza - 1 family and 1 personal pizza took over 1 hour. My husband had to go back up to the counter after we had sat at a booth - which was in plain view of the counter and ask for our drinks. We probably would have opted for sodas, but there was a huge handwritten sign on the counter stating "We are out of soda" - except pink lemonade. Because we had lots of idle time on our hands, we noticed that the salad bar was left for at least 45 minutes needing to be cleaned/replenished, which it finally was, but it was dinner rush! Towards the end of our long wait for food, our young daughter needed to use the bathroom. I was floored when I got to the door of the women's bathroom and saw a handwritten sign with large letters "NO LIGHTS" - and then opened the door and to see the light cover leaned up against the wall. The men's bathroom was occupied, so I went back to the table to get my cell phone to use that as a light source. We managed to fumble our way through. The pizza was decent, I'm glad it was cooked.

I have never had a restaurant experience where so many factors were unacceptable. Had I known what we were in for, I would have gone elsewhere. This is really disappointing to me, as I have been to Steve's in the past and I told the people we were with that it would be a good experience. I apologized a number of times, which should have never been the case. Please check in with the management at the Woodland store and at least make sure that things...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I went today to have lunch at Steve’s hoping we would enjoy it like he always had. We spent $60 for a small Caesar salad, 6 pieces of bbq wings, 2 personal pizzas and 2 drinks and the quality of the food was not even worth $20.

To start, the salad as soon as the server, who by the way was the cook and the cashier as well even tho there were 2 other woman walking around, smelled bad! Like a soccer player just took his sneakers and rubbed his feet on it after playing 96 minutes of game. My husband was so hungry that he didn’t even think about it and started eating it. The lettuce looked like it had been left out like a day and a half, wilted and slimey.

After 15 minutes we get the wings and they tasted like supermarket frozen wings rubbed with the worst bbq sauce and the one wing that my husband ate was half cartilage.

Then we get the pizzas and the vegetables on my husbands pizza were not fresh just like the salad. The crust on the pizza was like tack. No flavor whatsoever.

The best part of the meal was the Pepsi and beer we got.

Bathrooms were locked and the cashier was too busy cooking other pizzas to even try to talk to her.

We are disappointed because we wanted to support a local business but now we are definitely not coming back and do not recommend this place at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO DOMINOS.

Would definitely not eat here I had a miscommunication about a white pizza I ordered I ordered it with artichoke they put anchovies on it so I sent my girlfriend back to exchange it and they threw a temper tantrum the owner or whoever was working behind the grill the older guy told my girlfriend to take the pizza and to have her shove it up my ass and told her never to return to the place all because we tried to have them remake a pizza that they made wrong they couldn't take the fact that they made the pizza wrong everyone says that oh I said anchovies I didn't say anchovies I've never even said anchovies on anything in my life but even if I did say anchovies let's say that customer service is obviously very very wrong here and they need some very much teachings and how to treat a customer when they come into their establishment definitely would not recommend this place to anyone zero...
