Gong cha tea has really gone down hill because they aren't consistent with their tea at all locations. It's either they messed up the drink or messed up the order. There is definitely better options in the area. She just laughed at me when I told her I order black tea not milk tea. They just threw the milk tea from my other drink to this drink. Gong Cha charges 5 cents for a plastic bag, which they do not provide to any of their customers (from what I observed). I’m not even sure if customers notice that they are being charged an extra 5 cents for no reason.
