Worst customer service ever! ❌ The return policy is not clear at all They will always tell you to come back because the manager is not here or the system is down or any stupid reason they come up with every time I used to be a loyal customer , but one time my husband got keyboard from them and I asked them for a return they keep telling me to come back again every time I come, they find a reason not to return the keyboard ! at last when the employee saw me enter the store she start saying in front of all customers we don’t do return. I told her that you were the one who tell me to come back and now you embarrass me and tell me that no return ! How stupid are you? this is not professional and this is bad customer service Management of the store 🔈take care of Catonsville location! Employees there...

I've shopped here several times over the years and I always leave with a couple bags full, especially at Christmas time. You can't beat a store that sells toys and games for $5 or less. During this particular trip, however, there were an unusually large amount of empty spaces. As it was close to the holiday, some low-stocked shelves are to be expected, but this seemed to be more than the norm. One would think that they'd have ordered extra inventory in anticipation of the season. Also, while the store is still named "5 Below", there is now a section of higher priced merchandise which is disappointing. It will not deter me from continuing to shop...

Five Below is one of the coolest variety stores ever. I enjoy the uniqueness and variety of products offered. The large and varied selection of captivating books never disappoints. I have found items at Five Below that I could not find at other variety stores - such as orange crepe paper streamer. When you come to buy it is best to get it while you can because items go fast

There was ample parking and the store opened on time.

Employees were very friendly and helpful although they didn’t know what a boogie board was until I found one and showed it to them. I always enjoy my visits....
