Colorado Pinball Pub — Restaurant in Woodmoor

This place is horrible. We went to try it out and support a new local business. I had a cold brew coffee that I was finishing and brought in. I set my coffee on the table and went to the bar to order a drink. As I walked to the bar, the bartender went to our table and grabbed my coffee and threw it in the trash. She then approached us at the bar and very rudely said “We don’t allow outside food or drinks” in a very nasty tone. It would have been fine to ask to not bring in drinks and I would have gladly set it outside or thrown it away. But instead, she went behind our back and literally threw my drink in the trash. I responded that we would be leaving and wouldn’t be coming back. Another couple sitting at the bar also said they had been in twice and wouldn’t be coming back. The guy sitting at the bar said “this place sucks” as we walked out. Never go to this place. They have the rudest staff and we will never step foot in...

Not my best first experience. As I walked in, definitely did not feel good to be seen by the bartender. Through the duration of the night she really warmed up and I really thought she did a great job. We were in the back and started playing some games because we didn't know we had to pay an hourly rate. We were then accused by whom I I'm guessing was the manager that we knew that we had to pay and that we needed to pay for the time that we have played. I tried to kindly let her know I had no idea and she said yes I did. Food was decent. Just felt so unwelcome and they missed one of the most important things in service, kindness. I sent an email the next day reaching out and saying I'd love to talk to someone about how they can improve because I want them to stay in business. It's been over a week now I have not heard back. It had promise but the owner was very rude and lacked basic hospitality for a service business. 5 of us were there for two hours first time visiting. The area is surrounded by games we talked for most of the time and then one of the guys started playing a pinball machine. Many of the machines were not working. Several of us played for 10 mins very basic pinball. She came over and said I see you are enjoying the games that will be $15 dollars an hour each. We didn’t know about this but she said you were told when you came in, which we were not. It was very rude and we spent around $200 on food and drinks there.
