Taco Bell — Restaurant in Four Corners States

7/2/24. Avoid at all cost. 7pm placed order in parking lot of Taco Bell between 7pm and 705pm on the app . The app notified us that our food was being prepared so we walked in . Went to bathroom and should of none it wasn't going to be a good experience. Walking into the lobby wasnt much better. Trash on floor and almost every table was covered in food or trash. Unfortunately this makes me feel like the whole establishment is unhygienic. 710 pm acknowledge by a heavier set fellow working drive thru. He said our order was being made. 725 pm comes and still no food however several people that came in and ordered on the Mobile order station received their food as well as several cars through the drive thru. The gentleman working drive thru that assured us our food was being made now had excuses and walked away while I was trying to speak with him. The slimmer gentleman working the line was rude and again wanting to make excuses. I feel this employee needs customer service training or needs to stay in the back. this is when the manager stepped in . And finally actually explained that we were waiting on fresh potatoes because he didn't want to give us old ones. While I appreciate it. Potatoes don't take 30 minutes to make. While I feel this manager seemed to care I'm still uncertain at this time.

Potatoes while fresh had all sour cream and hardly any cheese .

Absolutely the worst crunch wrap supremes we've had across all of America. Soggy tostada, burnt exterior, meat in one corner with all the sauce mainly , only lettuce and tomato across the majority of the crunch wrap.

Beefy 5 layer burrito wasn't a complete disaster. However the stale tortillas killed it for me . It's simple due to neglect the bag the tortillas were in, got left open causing them to be stale. The cheese in-between the two tortillas was non-existent. Other than that I appreciate the fact the burrito didn't have globs anywhere it was actually put together decent unlike most places.

Potato taco was said and mainly lettuce. It's a potato taco it should have potatoes.

It's sad when the best part was the reward from the TB app the chicken flatbread melt was the only thing that I enjoyed.

Even the complimentary nacho fries the manager gave us to deescalate the situation were cold soggy and not very appetizing. The cheese sauce cup was half full which isn't enough for an order of...

They are racist here and don't want to serve white people I've stand in line 10 mins no one was in line with me at all so on my break from work

I couldn't get no food because I waste my time here and couldn't get food because the hispanics cashiers would not assist me I spoke and asked if I may place my order he just looked at me with discuss and said ok

but he never came to take my order I stood there in line for a long time and walked out so the next day I came back to eat again for lunch there was people standing around and wouldn't take my order again I asked 3 times so I just said I won't come back here ever I'm not welcome in this public place ok so f you and then some one gets a attuide and finally takes my order I said please no sour cream they put alot like out of control sour cream on purpose it was so cold Nasty I'm calling corporate because you served every Mexican but me because that's no way to treat your customers will not come back no there people standing around doing nothing 3 people right there no one still wanted to...

This place was decent a few years ago when I moved here and rapidly went downhill after Covid hit and has not recovered. The sign became unreadable months ago and still has not been repaired. I was told the location closed but then reopened so I figured I would try again. Sat in line for 20 minutes, I had to order based on memory since couldn't read the sign. Ordered food and when I got to the window waited some more. They handed me drinks with no ice So I asked for ice and they said don't worry there's no ice but they're cold. I was just tired of waiting so I took my soda and bag of food. Took one sip of the Dr Pepper (which was the main reason I wanted to hit fast food) and just dumped it out the window and drove across the street to get a cold pop for less than half the price with actual ice.
