I have been here now in monument for about 4 weeks and have had to go to a different Starbucks ... The monument Starbuck sucks... Your never greeted when you walk in ..then the workers all seem to hate working there have not met one that I see smile or anything... They all have dirty looks on their faces.. like I should not have to be here... And you can tell they don't want to be cause the place is a mess .. it's always dirty night or day... And nobody is happy looking working there and my drinks are always the wrong size or water added or to much ice not one of them seem to know what they are doing they argue with each other blaming each other off who messed up the order and it's childish... And they do while in front of all the customers.... I hate the place and I go to a new coffee shop now right behind them now where it's clean and I get greeted and the workers all seem to be happy and enjoy being there unlike Starbucks.... I used to go to Starbucks twice a day while in California and in Washington and while traveling for work always Starbucks never would try any other place till I came to the most sadest most dirtiest and unhappy workers at any Starbucks... Thanks for helping me find a new coffee shop... That's the only thing that Starbucks has done for me since in this area....I am a gold star member and so is my husband whom I got into Starbucks with the other drinks they offered since he was and is not a coffee drinker... We have over 50 free drinks and we will use them at other Starbucks when in the springs area but once they are gone so will we be ... Starbucks sry but your monument store just made me sick... Like I said dirty always for the last three weeks and never got the correct drink or size or good service with a smile... You all need to be retrained... And learn how to keep your store clean....a small town should have the best service but I was shocked to your poor service ... Ten...
Read moreEvery time I come through here, which is almost daily, they never make my London Fog the same way. I came through yesterday morning and ordered my usual drink and then 2 tomato panini and an OJ. As I started driving and went to take a sip I noticed my cup felt really light. I took the lid off and it wasn't even 3/4 full (this was foam and tea bags sitting on top). I got to my sandwich and both of ours had almost no toppings. The automatic time stamps in the photos and the tag location are all within 4min of the stickers printed on the drinks.
*Edited 1/6/18: I came though this morning at 530am and I had MichealAnn take my order. She remembered me when I called in about this situation, which I completely forgot about. She remembered my name and my drink. When I got my London Fog, I will honestly say that was THE BEST one I've ever had made, from anywhere. It was creamy and sweet. I changed my review from a one to a four star ONLY because of her and her excellent service, and her great drink. Please, have her teach everyone how to make the drink the way she did! Will...
Read moreThis Starbucks is not like the others. I’d say I have to return my drink more than half the time. We live close by, so we still go a lot. We love the Starbucks vibes like everyone else who visits Starbucks does, but they mess up the drinks so often, it’s annoying. The staff is not very friendly, we’ve been living here for almost 4 years, coming pretty routinely, and I still don’t know any of them. It might be easier making conversation if I were talking to a parrot. I think that might be harsh, but the staff will give you an attitude if you send the drink back, so that I’m sure hurts the good conversation vibes. I’ve never had problems like this at other stores. This store shares a building with Allstate insurance, and I think it hurts the vibes a little, they aren’t too busy over there so people look at you as you walk in the store. On top of all of this, there are some super rude regulars here. They probably love this place, it all makes sense now. I do...
