I can’t believe I drive past this place all the time, without knowing it’s there. I came here after seeing all of the great positive reviews they had. Plenty of parking here, since it’s in a strip mall and the place is at the very end (far right). When you walk in, you’ll smell an amazing aroma that entices you to order something fast. If you decide to dine in, they have about 6 bar stools. I have included a picture. I ended up getting Ed’s special burger, small fries with tzatziki sauce, and chebureki. I took this back home since i don’t live far. I would definitely come back to try some of the entrees. Prices are very fair. Customer service was good. -Ed’s special burger - combination of ground angus beef and Colorado lamb. When you bite into the burger, you can see the spices that were cooked into the burger. Resulting into a very delectable piece of work, meat is so juicy. This particular burger, I would recommend eating it at home because it is messy. That special sauce along with the meat makes it very memorable. -fries - standard fries but these are the fatter ones. They were made fresh. I like to dip them into the tzatziki sauce. It gives it more flavor. -chebureki - deep fried meat pie. Meat is a mixture of beef, chicken, and pork. When you bite into it, it’s like a light but filling snack. It has a nice pocket of air that keeps the thin layer of meat inside moist. Outer crust has a good crispy taste.

This was my first visit. I’ve been eyeballing this place ever since I moved into Woodridge. Tonight I finally decided would be the night to try them out. First of all, thank you for the detailed menu describing what the dishes are and contain. I’m not too knowledgeable in Mediterranean cuisine but I have had it before, however not every place prepare the same. I decided to go with the chicken kabob and to try a falafel for fun. I got there about 15 mins after the order placed and was informed by Ed that he accidentally burnt the chicken and wanted to make me a new one. I appreciate that because a true artist of food prides in their work. As I have done so when I worked in a restaurant, I understood and didn’t mind the wait. That act alone I will return, because knowing he prides in giving great food and service interests me to want to try the other items on the menu. Nevertheless, the chicken kabob meal was so good! Everything had a great flavor and texture and nothing was dry (which is a great surprise when it’s chicken and rice being the main part of the meal). I couldn’t finish it all, but I can’t wait for lunch leftovers! The falafel was good too! I definitely need to order more of those in the future. Thank you for your great service and great food!

Waited over 20 min for a wrap. Ordered no spice and it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. Aside from the spice it was a sloppy mess that fell apart. Take a look at the photo. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. These reviews must have been purchased because I wouldn’t wish this food on my worst enemy. Update: Ed, the owner, responded claiming he has a “phone recording of me ordering spice level 4.” I find that hard to believe considering I ordered in person in the restaurant on their kiosk… which by the way was zero spice. Aside from the owner now publicly lying, I thought now would be a good time to mention that last night raccoons came to my trash to eat this leftover food. The best part… they too wouldn’t even eat it.

WOW! FANTASTIC KABOBS!!! After reading many great reviews online, I stopped by Ed’s Kitchen for a carry-out dinner last night. So many different meat options for kabobs: beef, chicken, pork, lamb, combination meats, and even fish. I ordered one beef and one chicken kabob dinner. About 15 minutes later it was wrapped up to go and I was on my way home with two ready to go, healthy dinners and WOW! Was it GOOD! The meat portion sizes were generous and both were cooked to perfection with tasty charred edges from the grill and tender, juicy, flavorful meat inside — definitely high quality and Ed knows how to cook it right. It’s a complete meal, too, with steamed rice & vermicelli, slawed carrots with a hint of sweetness and cumin, and a chopped salad. All so tasty! Pitas came with it and next time I’ll add a side of hummus. Can’t wait to come back to Ed’s...
