McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodridge

This McDonald's is pretty much the only restaurant in the area that's 24/7, which is a shame, as this McDonald's is horrible at night.

It's criminally understaffed, and their employees are stressed out and extremely rude to customers.

I went tonight, and it was probably my worst experience there to date. I ordered at the kiosk, then waited about 30 min for my number to be called. Only to find out they weren't checking the numbers on the orders they were handing to people and handed everyone the wrong order.

So I had to return the food and wait another 20 minutes for them to attempt to correct their mistake. In the meantime time I watched them put the food from all the wrong offers back (i.e. dump fries back into the fry bin and nuggets back into the warmer) ready to serve food other customers already touched again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Once I finally received my new order, it was wrong yet again. I got a burger that was wrong, the wrong size fry, and the wrong size nugget + sauce. I yet again had to track down a disgruntled employee to correct my order once again. I was again met with a rude attitude and a lecture on how they're busy, and it's not their problem for bad customer service.

All said and done it took me almost an hour to get the right order, which is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable from a FAST food restaurant. I could've had a sit down meal at a nice restaurant in that amount of time.

I’ve been working as a delivery driver for over two years, visiting many restaurants daily. Unfortunately, this particular McDonald’s consistently leaves a bad impression — all because of one employee.

She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I asked for her name — she told me it was Lorenzo. I don’t know how accurate that is.

Maria or Marianna is repeatedly rude — not just to me, but also to other customers and delivery drivers. I’ve witnessed her speak in a disrespectful and aggressive tone many times.

Today, I arrived and gave her my order code. I was one of the first people there, yet she skipped over me and served several others who came much later. When I politely asked why, she snapped at me, saying things like, “If you want to wait, wait. If not, leave.” I reminded her that I had already given my code 20 minutes earlier, but she responded with the same rude attitude.

If this was the first time, I might have just let it go. But since this has happened repeatedly, I decided to really take my time and write this review. Her behavior was so unpleasant that I ended up canceling my order and leaving.

This is not a one-time issue. This behavior happens repeatedly, and many delivery drivers know about it. I personally try to avoid picking up from this location because of her.

I really hope management takes this seriously. One employee’s attitude can ruin the entire experience and reputation of...

I was very disappointed I spent $8 for a hamburger and french fries. I decided to try one of their new signature hamburgers the one with the mushroom and Swiss cheese on a new bun sadly but mushrooms must have been made in the morning and we're very old tasting with very little flavor but I guess when you have a tablespoon of mushrooms on a burger you're not going to taste them anyways. The burger meat itself was lukewarm who wants a lukewarm hamburger so they must not have microwaved it long enough the bun well can't ruin a bun. The french fries have been sitting there they were not fresh and they were not hot they were not the famous salted crispy potato french fries they were salted rubber bands. The wait staff was quick they had a lot of employees there and I was the only person waiting in line so can't really judge based on that. I do not know if it's just this McDonald's or if all McDonald's who are starting this trend of subpar food. I should have just went to Maxwell's beef and it would have cost me less money for a fresh sandwich and great price. Sadly the prices that McDonald's and Burger King's Etc asking for their food you can get a better quality sandwich for about the same price at places like Maxwell's beef Panera Etc I have avoided eating at places like this due to that fact and well this just...
