Wow!! Im loving it !!! went to the McDonald's in woodridge on 75th was greeted well and great customer service they have a employee antonio wow!! For this man to be so young , and new I thought he was the owner. handing everything in service making sure all order are giving out accordingly and that every is in the bags customer order wow !!! Had to commend him and tell the manager about him. What a great employee talking about service. This man went over and beyond. Making sure everything is perfect and that everybody is satisfied now i n day hard to find . That's good customer service. Thank you, McDonald's for having such good employees well Trained and Organized knowledgeable in their service. And the manager Gigi. She went over and beyond to listening to what I had to say about San Antonio. And listening to how this young man runs that front counter talking about professionalism , this young man went over andbeyond. Like if he was the owner for his age, he has a beautiful future. And this McDonald's is like top-notch. Everything is very well done. Great food , Excellent customer service over and beyond, but the best thing I like about this place is their food is always hot and I love that. The food is not cold, everything is like freshly made first class. If you want to eat in a McDonald's, that gives you nothing, but great service and great food this is the place to eat everyday. They spoil you. I just love this place. I've been coming here for a while. But my son worked there for a few weeks training, I started getting to know the people personally and believe me they are all wonderful. This place, I give it more than 5 stars. Read morePoor customer service from employees. Placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, stood at the counter for a while. Was not greeted even though 2 employees walked right past me like I wasn’t there. I was at the counter for a reason. Common sense will tell you to ask what that person needs being that is apart of good customer service. Had to yell into the kitchen to get someone’s attention, when I told the manager my name she brought up what time I placed the order. Lady that has nothing to do with you greeting a customer which is apart of your job. Don’t matter if I place it 3 hours ago and came in to pick it up. You still greet your customers when they’re at the counter. Side note, I was working there’s a reason I put in an order ahead of time that way I can pick it up, then go back to work lol. Id give some slack if they were actually busy, they weren’t and to make matters worse they were quick to interact with everyone else except for me even though I was there 1st. Talking to me takes a couple seconds vs someone putting in an order which usually takes minutes. Lack of common sense and poor customer service overall. Also, they made my burger wrong. Only wanted mustard, they put ketchup instead. Cant expect too much from McDonald’s though not like its a fine dining restaurant, but still rules for good customer service is universal. Order 2 strawberry cream pies too and they gave me an old strawberry cream pie, noticed that with every McDonald’s. They'll never give you 2 fresh ones like they should. At night I was getting off work in the crappyest mood although I was a bit impatient & probably a bit hostile talking the manager Latara treated me great even with my tone of voice & frustations she made my experience through the drive through last night amazing & even made me forget I was even having a bad night! I was rushing to work this morning and I experience the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, UNBELIEVABLE. Are the workers on OUR TIME or ARE WE ON YOUR TIME?!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO YELL SEVERAL TIMES INTO THE INTERCOM TO BE SERVED RIGHT AWAY, LET ALONE AN ATTITUDE AS IF I AM DISTURBING WHAT YOU WERE DOING, THEN I GET TO THE WINDOW TO PAY MY CASH AND NOTICE THE LADY NAMED ALEXA (THAT I HAD TO REPEATEDLY SCREAM INTO THE WINDOW TO GET MY ORDER TAKEN) IS HAVING A FULL BLOWN CONVERSATION WITH THE MANAGER I BELIEVE I SEEN NAMED JAMIE, SO YOU ARE TELLING ME THE MANAGER IS ALLOWING YOU TO WORK ON YOUR TIME AS WELL?
