We discovered SBGC when looking for "all inclusive wedding venues" near our hometown. We were looking for a venue that had natural lighting and wouldn't require a bunch of lighting and draping in order to look like a wedding versus a conference or other type of event. We also were looking for an all-inclusive package to make things simpler for us; we were interested in having a great day- not an extremely overdone and expensive day.
While SBGC checked the boxes for all the things listed above, what really sold us on Seven Bridges was Roisin, the event coordinator (aka "director of banquet sales"). Roisin is warm, honest, flexible, accommodating, always responds to emails quickly and kindly, and will provide honest and helpful advice during the wedding planning process. Seven Bridges worked with us to create our own menu and customize our wedding package to meet our wants, needs, and budget. We felt extremely comfortable booking with SBGC because Roisin made sure all costs and fees were listed and explained AND ensured there were no surprise fees. Roisin even provided an estimate for us before we booked, as well as shared a budgeting spreadsheet with us later in the planning process. The venue is unique in that there are 3 rooms that can be open or closed off, which we had some worries about since the dance floor is in a different space than the dining area, but this set-up is actually very optimal for guests. It allows guests to step away from the loud music and socialize during the dancing portion of the evening without being totally separated from the event.
Throughout the wedding planning process, Roisin worked with us to select our menu items, to organize and select vendors, make decisions about decor, and offered to help with any and all things wedding related. Roisin even jumped on a call with me to make sure our day-of schedule for the DJ made sense and was possible for the team to implement.
Since we had a customized menu, we had our own private tasting which was fantastic (and left us very full!) and allowed us to make some final adjustments to the menu. During this time, we also met with Roisin to make final decisions about decor and set-up for the wedding. Roisin provided advice and suggestions for all the items we weren't really sure about, which was very helpful. She was patient, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about weddings at SBGC.
On our wedding day, the venue was set-up exactly as requested. The staff were PHENOMENAL!! They ensured the wedding party was fed and had drinks throughout the dinner service. They were very kind and friendly with all of the guests. Additionally, the staff worked well with the DJ to coordinate the schedule during the dinner service. Dinner was served efficiently and the food was great- we had many compliments from our guests.
From start to finish, we had an exceptional experience with the team at SBGC and would recommend anyone and everyone host events there! The venue is beautiful and requires minimal to no additional decor, the staff are amazing, and the food is fantastic. What more could you want?

I had previously attended two weddings at SBGC and had such a positive experience as a guest that it was one of our top venues to check out when we started planning our wedding. SBGC has a great location and layout, delicious food, and excellent service!
Roisin, Kimmie, and the entire Seven Bridges Golf Club team were a dream to work with. As someone who struggled with wedding planning, I was often overwhelmed, but Roisin and Kimmie both put me at ease from the very beginning. During the planning process Roisin patiently answered my endless questions, encouraged me, and assured me I was doing fine. She sent regular emails to check in and offer her help and encourage questions throughout the planning process.
I loved the fact that we were the only wedding at the club that night, so our guests were the only ones on the property for the reception (after golf was finished for the day). We also had the full attention and support of the staff that evening. SBGC allowed us to customize details of our package and worked with us to make substitutions for dietary restrictions, décor, etc. when needed. Roisin and Kimmie both made excellent suggestions for decor, menu, table layout, timeline, etc., when requested, but always assured us they wanted to make our vision come to life.
The food was WONDERFUL! We had so much fun at the tasting and our guests loved their meals. The portions are generous, and the food was delicious, easily one of the best meals I've ever had at a wedding. The servers and bartenders were friendly and great to work with, we received many compliments from guests on the great service they received at the wedding. Kimmie and team checked in with us throughout the reception and were never far away if my husband and I needed anything.
The day of the wedding I had zero stress about the reception setup and execution of the event because I had complete faith in the SBGC team. They were a joy to work with and I cannot recommend this...

Dinner was top notch: tender chicken entrée with mashed potatoes and asparagus plus a vegetarian option that had guests raving. The bar ran smoothly, and the coffee service paired beautifully with dessert—again, no complexity for us, just seamless coordination.
