Cheeseburger Bobby's — Restaurant in Woodstock

Have not been to Cheeseburger Bobby’s in a while but wanted more than a fast food burger tonight. I had a punch card for in my wallet that was completely punched through. When ordering, we found out that they don’t accept punch cards any longer and their loyalty program is all online now. Mario stepped in said that if we had a card that was punched all the way, they could accept it for a free burger. Thanks Mario! It only took about 5 minutes for our order to be ready, pretty quick service! The fries were tasty as always, just the right amount of salt. My wife got a side of coleslaw and was surprised at how small it was...she said it did taste good though. The toppings bar had plenty of good stuff on it, a step above what 5 guys offers. Opted for a classic cheeseburger and it was tasty, not the biggest burger, but good flavor. My wife orders a classic with cheddar but they made a mistake and put American on it. She said it still tasted good and elected to keep it. Did not get a chance to sample any of the custard dessert offerings as we had to rush off to catch a movie. All in all, a great experience at CB’s and next time we won’t wait so long...

My first visit: Had to wait over half an hour for my order because the ended up skipping over it. When I finally got it it was still wrong. Supposed to be a plain cheese burger, had pickles on it. I can not eat anything pickled without getting very sick and got them to redo it. This was my first time here, and it's probably gonna be my last.

My most recent visit on 12/17/2023: They've changed the thickness of their french fries. They're SO good and crispy, even when I get take out and drive home about 10 minutes away. Their chicken tenders are so juicy and flavorful. I honestly enjoy them way more than than the burgers, but that's how I personally feel.

OMG!! We have been ordering for years, it's our favorite burger. Look at the pic carefully on the website, it comes with 2 small burgers on their regular cheeseburger with cheese on each. Tonight, we got one tiny burger for the same price. Really? Unbelievable! No notice, just half of our usual dinner for the same price. When I called the manager to see if it was a mistake, I was told that it is the same amount of meat they are just giving one burger now. Sarcastically I said, well, let me weigh it and see. And she said, being the manager, look, lady the price of meat has gone up. If they had told us when we ordered that we needed to order a double sandwich now to get the same regular sandwich, and that their prices have gone up. I would have accepted that. Crazy.
