We ordered 3 items on line. Delivery driver showed up an hour later with an empty bag and said they messed up the order and he just wanted to come by and let me know and he would be back with my order. 45 minutes later, I see where the store call my cell phone (leaving no message), so I called them and they said they wanted to be sure we did not get our order, to which I said no, we are still waiting. They said they could not locate our pizzas and were making them again. 30 minutes later they show up with 2 of the items and not the 3rd item. I called the store and asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back and asked again for the manager told them not to hang up on me again. The manager apologized and gave me a credit for 1 of the pizzas and the item I did not receive. 5 days later, I order 2 items and got the credit applied. The girl who took my order wanted to know if no contact delivery in the garage was still valid and I said yes. The driver shows up and promptly comes to the front door and sits the pizza in front of the storm door on the porch, rings the doorbell and leaves. Had to force the door open because the pizza was blocking the door. Service is below mediocre and pizza is not the best. I don't plan on ordering from them again anytime...
Read moreI called and placed an order at what I thought was the right location. After driving out of my way to the wrong location on Main Street,( canton highway, Marietta). The kid at the counter told me that I never called him and my order isn’t at that store. After asking if I can get my order there he again said that it wasn’t there and he can’t help.
So after I drover another 30 minutes to the store on towne lake, I was greeted with a smile by Lori and a nice young lady with green hair. I explained the situation and she apologized profusely for the mix up and instantly said let me start making your pizza and we will figure it out soon.
After about 15 minutes of sitting on their comity couch in the waiting room, Lori brought my pizza over to me and after insisting to pay for the food they made for me she said that she will take care of this for me, since I had a mix up with the stores.
Needles to say, Lori at the towne lake location will always get my money, and business. They are out of the way and I have to pass another location to get to them but they are the best. This is my first time ever getting Marcos pizza and this will definitely NOT be my last!

Read moreAbsolutely terrible! I ordered here a month ago, my order was 2hours late! When I called they said the manager would deliver my order personally. Order was delivered. They said they were short staffed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a month later for delivery at 9:00 pm and at 9:30, no delivery. I call to check status and I was told my order is leaving the store now. 9:50 order delivered, but no bags just stacked on my front deck. I called the store because the pizza box was wet and clearly something was spilled and everything was cold and spoke to Kyle (the manager). Explained the situation and he said he spoke to his GM (Laurie Stezen) was what I was told and my order would be refunded. Not the point, but thanks Kyle. However, during this conversation no mention of hold on let me speak with my manager just silence, I thought he hung up on me. Just poor management, if after a month you are still having the same issues… get it together Marcos! I will not be ordering from this store again! Awful service! I did not eat this food and had to go out and get food elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting-IMO I would not order food from this...
