I have been going to Starbucks for probably 15 yrs. This is the only one where you are told half pumps are used. Your Order is wrong or tastes terrible 90% of the time in Woodstock. Within the past 2 weeks, my normal order of a large white mocha frappe has gone from $6.25 to $7.51 with tax. When I asked the first time at drive thru why it was more, the response was "I just push the button." Two days later, going inside, paid the original price. Today, again at drive thru, it's $7.51. I again asked why it went up. She said "I don't set the prices." When I told her you pay the regular price when you go inside, I got the shoulder shrug and "I don't know." Harrisonburg maintains the regular price....the prices are already outrageous for what you get. In looking at the receipts, instead of being charged $6.25 before tax, now I am being charged an additional 80 cents for white mocha. That is ridiculous! Why won't anyone say...let me ask management? No, too lazy. I guess this will be the next place closing as I am not the only one severely disappointed with this location. And my large white mocha frapp has whip....I guess "no whip" can't be...
Read moreAs Starbucks stores go, it's a basic Starbucks. I couldn't find a link to give them feedback online, so I'll spill it here. The service was swift, which was good since I was in a hurry. I only went there because I had left my own cup of coffee at home and couldn't go back since I had to get to the hospital in Winchester quickly. Got into my car and the cup and lid reeked of a musky men's cologne. I am allergic to perfumes, they give me a migraine and the lid to my coffee was bursting with mens cologne. It gave me a headache, so I had to find a way to get the offending perfume off of the cup or toss a full cup of coffee. I used an alcohol wipe at the hospital but it didn't get it all but I transferred the coffee to a fresh cup at the hospital, an hour later.
Please ask your baristas to not have any perfume on hands. It rubs onto the lid, especially if that person has not washed their hands before and makes it nearly impossible to drink the...
Read moreI've always wondered if it's company policy to withhold napkins from drive thru orders because I never get them unless I ask. A few days ago I went thru and decided to ask the rep (Thomas) if this was the case. He seemed taken aback and assured me it was not company policy to wait for the customer to ask for napkins.
I went through again today and was, of course, not given any napkins. Before I could ask him for some he shut the doors on me. I'm sure he's super busy, but what an awful coincidence. If it weren't for the egg bites and convenience of hours/location, I wouldn't be supporting this...
