Have asked multiple time for super crispy almost burnt fries and end up recieving the same soggy fries you normally end up with. I’m not saying it hasn’t been done correctly in prior events but happens more often then none just for my request to be ignored. Today even my girlfriend kicken chicken sandwich was so soggy she couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart. I’m not trying to bash them for this but everything has gotten to expensive for you not to get what you ask for….Also I tried to go back for the replacement I was promised and told they wouldn’t honor that because of the 2 month time frame last time I’ll go to this zaxbys ever.

Have had too many mixed visits to this place to offer a higher rating. I've finally decided to review now that I've had too many similar problems. Very simple order: Big Zax Snack Meal. I ordered two of them and upgraded one of them to a large fry. Not only did they give me the normal amount of fries for both meals but they didn't include the toast on one of the meals. They also didn't give me the sauces I requested. This is the kind of issue you can regularly expect at this location. The staff are nice enough but their ability to meet the order that was placed is a complete coin toss.

Definitely was a miss this time. I go to this one because it’s close to work but I think I would avoid it and just to go to the Zaxby’s closer to my home.

People here are literally incompetent. I worked restaurant for years, and have been a manager of a restaurant. Pulled in to order what I always order at zaxby's restaurants, which is kickin' chicken sandwich with bread on the side and was told they can't put bread on the side... uhh so you simply can't just put the bread in a separate box? Fought with the lady over the drive thru explaining how to simply put the bread just in another box (who was beyond rude about it). Then proceeded to leave and had to ask for the bread because it was simply not given. The fact that you don't know how to put bread in a box it's scary because I should be comfortable with trusting you to cook chicken? Highly recommend ANY OTHER zaxby's besides this location. I know I'll just drive further, so I can get people who know how to do...

Did an order via app where it says they close at 10. I go thru drive thru and a sign says 930 closing and light was off so I pull around and the lady (who ended up being that shift manager) said they canceled my order and refunded it even though it was submitted before 9:30pm. She said the system canceled it (more like they didn't want to honor my order and canceled it manually) and I asked if they can make it and she declined.

Gave it one star bc before another time my app purchase did go through but they make you come inside to pick up and don't even verify! Isn't the convenience of ordering ahead going thru the drive thru? Anyone can apparently just walk in and get a bag of...
