People here are literally incompetent. I worked restaurant for years, and have been a manager of a restaurant. Pulled in to order what I always order at zaxby's restaurants, which is kickin' chicken sandwich with bread on the side and was told they can't put bread on the side... uhh so you simply can't just put the bread in a separate box? Fought with the lady over the drive thru explaining how to simply put the bread just in another box (who was beyond rude about it). Then proceeded to leave and had to ask for the bread because it was simply not given. The fact that you don't know how to put bread in a box it's scary because I should be comfortable with trusting you to cook chicken? Highly recommend ANY OTHER zaxby's besides this location. I go thru drive thru and a sign says 930 closing and light was off so I pull around and the lady (who ended up being that shift manager) said they canceled my order and refunded it even though it was submitted before 9:30pm. She said the system canceled it (more like they didn't want to honor my order and canceled it manually) and I asked if they can make it and she declined.
