Usually pretty good, my mom got into the habit of ordering a hamburger/bacon pizza from there every other week, sometimes weekly until the last time we went there (yesterday), they put sausage/bacon on the pizza instead hamburger/bacon. When I picked it up the guy didn’t give me my receipt, so when my mom called back & told them about their mistake, they refused to do anything about it since we didn’t get the ticket number off of the receipt that they kept.. even tho I paid by Apple Pay & would’ve had no problem showing them the transaction if they had bothered to give me the chance. Wont be ordering from there for a while. Idk if it was the change in topping but usually the pizza is pretty good, this time it was like everything was overly soggy (the “crust”), bacon was still soft, overly chewy. .. That, combined with the wrong topping & their crappy customer service. I should’ve known it wasn’t a good day to order when the guy taking my order literally cut me off in the middle of talking to put me on hold.. after he had put me on hold the first time. Taking a long break from this place. Two stars bc they’re normally...

Had to repeat my order several times to make sure it was going to be right. They had to ask me several times what I wanted? I paid 1.00 extra for extra cheese. NO extra cheese on my steak sandwich. My wife chicken cheese steak, hardly any chicken, asked for mayo hardly any. My cheese steak I could drink the ketchup, way too much. . That is what I had to use for my Cold French fries because of so much ketchup. I was a life long customer in PENNSVILLE and Woodstown. Never again. Did I say Ice cold French fries. We all have bad days. I could tell this was normal for them. 2/15/24 Threw most of the Food away. Almost 27.00 was too much to throw away. The manager in charge was to busy sitting with his friends chatting away....

We ordered a pineapple bacon large pizza and they gave it to someone else. Very terrible service. The pizza was the only edible food there. We ordered cheese steaks, burgers, baklava, and salads before. The salads aren’t mixed up just the food placed on a bed of lettuce. The burgers were terrible frozen patties. The cheese steaks were disgusting. The baklava is dry and stale. We will never be going back. We tried to overlook the other bad food however we ordered our pizza and they gave it to someone else. Never again. The customer service was terrible too. I would Have given 0 stars but that’s not an option. Don’t waste your...
