Arby's — Restaurant in Woodward

It was a mixed experience this last visit to Woodward Arbys... My wife and I frequently go to this location but this time watching my wife eat her Chicken Club Wrap was akin to watching a homeless man try to choke down a burrito consisting of cardboard filled with gravel and topped with dumpster veggies.. she of course was far to polite to request any form of refund for her experience and soldiered on with her wrap.. I of course was enjoying my soft and juicy Greek Gyro and sharing the fairly fresh curly fries and feeling guilty for doing so (enjoying my food that is). As I watched the chip in her tooth slowly get bigger as she took each bite of her gravel burrito I realized that I had likely overpaid for her meal! So we certainly wont be eating the chicken anytime soon.. It didnt have more than a sliver of meat in the entire wrap and looked like the main offices instructions for making the thing was simply choose the most rejected nuggets and throw em in. Sad experience that made me feel bad for my lovely wife. Probably be awhile before we return as it has soured our love for...

We eat at Arby's a lot, but not usually this one, but we did this time. The size of the chicken they put on our sandwiches was laughable. It was maybe 1" long by 1/3"... about a third of a chicken nugget, it appeared they'd cut one into multiple pieces. We ordered 3 large curly fries, and when asked for Arby's sauce, she could only give us 2, I was unaware there was an Arby's sauce shortage in the world, but guess there is. The food took about 16 minutes to get done, during that time, I watched them pull 3 cars forward to wait, one of which they had to walk out and refund their money because they didn't have food thawed to serve them. There's lots of employees, moreso than I've seen in other Arby's, so not sure they can blame that. Also, the restaurant was very dirty. I'd say it was because they were so busy, but 3 cars and one walk in during 20 minutes, I don't consider that busy since none appeared to order much food (it was all small sacks they carried out the door to the waiting drive throughs). Ordered on doordash. Didn't get my fries and the condition of my entire order of 66 dollars is just sad. Asked for no tomato because im allergic and oh guess what there's tomato! Ngl the manager up there is a good dude does his job right but I guarantee you the lazy workers that were there tonight work there for a paycheck. I wasted 70 dollars tonight and honestly will never come back. Hopefully everyone takes my advice on this. Maybe yall need to get some new staff because if I sent photos of my food yall would probably get shut down thats how bad it was. I am so so disappointed literally every other arbys does their job right and the manager at this store does so I know he didn't make my order. Gotta do better. Won't be EVER going to this arbys again because of the staff being their for a paycheck and not the product they are sending out. Take my word for it trust me!!!!! Do not eat here!!!! Waste...
