Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Woodward

I absolutely love braum's been going to various ones for years. Today I ordered food. This location is absolutely the worst I've ever been to. The experience was awful. I had a simple order they called my number and said here is my order. So I grab my bag and head home. I ordered ten burgers and three fries. I received 6 burgers and zero fries. And that's not the worst of it. When I called to speak with the manager i wasn't treated like a person. They had no answer and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I won't be visiting this store ever again since this was the first time here I won't be back. It's not ok to treat people like this. It's unfortunate because there isn't a lot of choices in town. I've been here 3 times this week, while visiting Oklahoma. If you go inside to order, they are great and the food is fantastic! If you order through drive thru, they are extremely rude. At first they wouldnt let us order lunch because it was 10:28 and they dont serve lunch until 10:30. They changed their mind when we said we'd just back out of the drive thru foe two minutes. Then they wouldn't let us order my burger with only ketchup at the speaker, told us we had to tell them at the window. When we got our order it was wrong. There are tater tots mixed in with the fries. yes they're both potatoes but the tater tots are from when they were still serving breakfast and are old. I come here in hopes that they don’t mess my order up because it’s the only good thing in Woodward and they always do. I don’t understand how they haven’t remembered how to make the two ice cream sundaes that I always order every time I come. Same thing every time.
