Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Woodward

I have always loved dominos pizza I live in Woodward and I would even sometimes get it all the way in Enid cause it’s good! I’ve even order from the new one here in Woodward and the first time I ordered it was amazing! Every time after that it wasn’t ever fresh but I never complained. Well this time I’m going to complain! The way this store did me is not right at all and they lost me all my friends and family as a customer. I ordered a lg pizza meatlovers or whatever it is called & a order or Parmesan twists with the marinara dip & 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches & a liter of dr. Pepper . I pay extra for the delivery fee which is 5$ and then I also give a 7$ tip for delivery. I get my pizza delivered after waiting forever. I fix me a drink then open my pizza and the dang pizza was all on one side of the box and all messed up I tried to fix it and I wasn’t going to say anything about it but then I took a bite it was very doughy! I paid 70$ for this food there’s no way I’m doing this I take it all back up to the store. I got out of my car and I seen the delivery driver walk out the store with another order and I said to her hey you or someone messed up my pizza and I kept walking into the store she denied it and said she didn’t do anything. I nicely ask for a manager and I tell her look I’m really not trying to be rude here but this is the last thing I wanted to be right after this long week and I nicely explained to her and showed her my pizza she nicely said ok yes we can remake your order. I go out to my car for a minute and then the delivery driver walks back in and then I walk back in and they was all standing in a circle talking and as soon as I come in they stop talking and the manager says ok your all done here you go. And I grabbed it and thanked her and she said no problem I just don’t like my drivers being came at like that. And I said excuse me ma’am I did not come at your driver I had simply just told her there was a problem with my pizza never raised my voice and never cussed or anything to anyone this entire altercation. Then I asked the manager what the driver had said to her because it seems like to me she had lied to her manager and the manager had a smirky grin on her face and a childish attitude about this whole situation. Seems like to me that daddy that is general manager of this place put his daughter in a higher position as a manager and she doesn’t need to be in that position. Very immature, I’ve worked in fast food as a general manager myself and this whole situation was very unprofessional. Oh and by the way for the little driver that claims she didn’t do anything I drove home crazy and it still looked just fine for the remake I had to go get versus yours you gave me! This is not the first time I am ordering from here and having a bad experience. I know what it’s supposed to be like and yall are too lazy to do it right. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that only had about 3 pieces of chicken in it. I ordered some chicken Alfredo pasta. But you guys might as well have forgot the Alfredo sauce. It was so dry it went in the trash. So I basically paid 27$ for a sandwich and a Dr Pepper! Thought I’d give you guys one last chance after doing me wrong last time but this just goes to show you have some lazy disrespectful immature kids in your team that needs to do better! Food was fine, delivery driver was fine, but if you order add on sauces don't count on getting them!! It's a shame you can't get some dipping sauce free to begin with, but you can't even contact the store to tell them you want your money back or bring out your sauce because the phone number is no longer...
