Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woonsocket

Strap in because this is a long one. I live right around the corner from this dunkin and I frequent there because it's in walking distance. I never planned on making a review because I didn't think the place was that bad, sure the staff were poorly mannared and they prioritized their own pride over treating the customer with respect but my orders were mostly right. Today I came in and ordered a strawberry frosted with sprinkles and a chocolate frosted with sprinkles and a medium matcha latte. The lady who took the order put the donuts in the bag together frosting sides touching, then she tossed the bag onto the counter in front of me. I waited a good three minutes for my matcha and they gave me a mocha iced coffee. When I told them I didn't order the coffee they said I was wrong and wouldn't remake the drink. I was fuming and ended up doordashing my matcha at even then it was made poorly. This is the worst dunkin in woonsocket amd I've been to them all. I understand customer service isn't a fun work environment but they aren't even trying! I'd rather walk to Park Ave than order...

This afternoon I ordered a bacon egg & cheese croissant with white cheddar & Chipotle. I got American cheese & no Chipotle (i added it from home!). On top of that, my croissant was burnt and hard, almost inedible! I added my own Chipotle sauce. Not only missing items but items made were disgusting. Im 7 months pregnant & was very hungry, but definitely not a good lunch. Very disappointing. Dunkin employees, I get it, works work but, maybe try more to give your best? Seems like you just give up before you even start and that's unfair. Dunkin is most peoples start to their mornings. I look at it this way, you have the power to make or break someone's day. Strive to MAKE it and bring a smile to their face because they're on their way to work too. I always need coffee and food in the mornings & good food & service make my day brighter! Went to same Dunkin everyday 2 years now. I don't know if new managers or what changed but will never go back. When paying over $4 for a coffee tip $3-$5 everyday and put your order in ahead on the AP like 10 min ahead. Then get there coffee half made sitting on the rack where they ad the coffee. Waited another 10 min so 20 total watching a new employee walk around looking lost. Finally asked where my coffee was to see it was one sitting there half made entire time. The new blonde girl who I've never seen before starts yelling I just made 17 coffees one no you didn't I was there 10 min watching you do minimal possible. 2 you don't yell at customers. Needless to say coffee shops everywhere won't ever see me in Woonsocket south main St location...
