I have an ok experience with ColorTyme until recently my furniture needed repairing in the past and the have a third party that is slow to respond, after a few months of back in forth with Color Tyme and the third party it finally got fixed. Now recently that same piece needed repairs so I called to let them know it was in need of repairs A.S.A.P they said they would call me back but, never did. Very long story short all of the communication came from me calling or going in and hounding them. My chaise part of my sectional was repaired and delivered with out the legs that came with the piece, I told both delivery guys that it is supposed to have legs ,the 1 delivery peson looked at the bottom and said there can't be legs. Things seemed pretty straightforward and on the up and up, until I went in to make my second payment and paid in cash and didn't get a receipt. Without going in great detail let's just say that cash payment was never put on my account. I still paid off my washer and dryer same as cash within six months, and mentioned something to the owner who decided to split the difference, but assured me that none of his employees would ever do that. I didn't choose to go that route so I didn't sign that part of the agreement. Well, they withdraw the funds even though I refused to sign that part of the agreement. I called and spoke with Alan, the owner, who I was furious with, because I now have an overdraft! He laughed at me but finally agreed to return the money to my bank account. He told me it would be returned in about an hour or two. It is now 5 hours later and he still has not returned the money.
