If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I took the kids out Saturday for dinner, a thing we rarely do having 4 boys because it's utter chaos but we wanted to reward them for their awesome grades and behavior. Food was great! Service is the problem. The waiter hardly gave a chance to speak before walking away, was very dull and off-putting. All of our food was correct except my one son. He ordered his food with no peppers, scallops, or cheese sauce. I know, he's picky. But still deserves to get his food were paying good money for correctly. We get our food and are trying to get everything situated and he asks if everything is okay I say yes in the moment and asked for a coke. Then realize after he left sons food was all wrong so when he returned finally we had all finished our food and gave son the rest of my steak and a shrimp taco to fill him up because he only picked at small parts of his food. Hardly touched it. He goes and gets the "manager" and I've never. And I mean never. Been treated so poorly by a customer service worker in my life. I worked as a general manager for 2 years and would NEVER roll my eyes at a customer and use a tone like she did when I simply said I didn't think we should pay for food that couldn't be eaten and we weren't even offered a replacement! She kept asking me what I want her to do in the worst tone rolling her eyes at me. I was being kind the whole time until she started acting like a teenage girl. Called in and ordered Birria Tacos to go. She said 10min, which was perfect, because that’s how far away I was.

Got there and parked right along side of their store, ensuring to not block and sidewalks or the entrance. I expected to be able to just run in and run out since she told me 10min.

Went inside and stood there waiting for the hostess as the sign says “Wait to be seated”. After she didn’t bother approaching me to ask me if I was picking up an order or sitting, I decided to walk up to her and let her know I am picking up an order.

She rang me up for the order, and went back to check on it. It wasn’t ready. Ok. No problem. But then she asked if that was my truck parked out front. She said I can’t park there and to move it.

Expecting my food to come out and second, it would have been more inconvenient for me to go out and move my truck. But as she seen I wasn’t going out, she again told me I can’t park there.

So I went out and moved it. Came back in. Still my food wasn’t ready. After 10min of waiting, I approached her and mentioned that she told me 10min, and it’s now been 20min. She went back a second time to check and sure enough it wasn’t ready.

Other than the less than desirable experience with the hostess, the food was good. Which is unfortunate, because I probably would have been a frequent repeat customer.
