I can't give this place enough praise. I found them at the fair a few years back when they helped me find my son a last-minute belt before showing. I then took him back for cowboy boots later, and the young girl working made multiple trips back and forth, trying to find the perfect boots for him. She never once seemed annoyed and seemed very willing to help us. My son was happy with his boots and wore them completely out over the year. We then went back to get another pair recently and were met with the same great customer service from another lady at the store, and of course, my son loves his new boots! They always seem to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and gets what they're looking for. I will always continue to come back here and refer others to Boots, Shoes, and More! After I walked the sole off my year old boots (not purchased here), I called to check the hours. I was told they closed at 4 o clock today. Instead of them telling me to come back tomorrow, they told me to give them a call when I was about twenty minutes away and they'd come open shop to show me some new boots. With fair pricing, I decided to go ahead and purchase a new pair. But that's not where the good ends. They also informed me they'd go ahead and fix my old boots, put some leather oil on them to revitalize the leather.. all for free. Great shop. Glad as all get out I called them. Never would have gotten that kind of service from a big box store.

Couldnt recommend the service here more! We were in an hour before closing on Christmas Eve & the staff was helpful, thoughtful, friendly & so thorough in their efforts to meet our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. So glad we decided to stop in, especially now that I know the service extends even after you walk out the door - free laces & cleanings for the life of the boots! Why go anywhere else, strongly strongly reccomend anyone shop here, even (or especially) if you have weird feet...
