The lady that helped me was so sweet and she told us the full extent of getting a new phone, and what that would cost us. My family and I realized that they were trying to scam us because if we were to pay $100 to get a new phone and we were to break it, we would have to pay off the phone and then buy a new phone. (Which my grandmother, who was given the same offer, wasn’t told) So we were talking to the lady, to figure out what the new insurance is, because we had to use the insurance before, and it did not cover a phone that had fallen into water for literally two seconds (the new Insurance is so expensive that you could buy two brand new phones in the amount of time that you were required to have the phone) and a man (Alex) who was working there, and we had not talk too got aggressive towards us. We ended up leaving the store and not buying a new phone because of being severely uncomfortable because of the man. Who is probably scamming a lot of people by not telling them the full extent of buying the phone.

They were all explained to me wrong as a direct price when it was actually an amount off. Also, I was charged 3 times for the same transaction after being humiliated and told my card was denied. It turned out it was there computer and I was charged 3 times! When I would call to talk to the manager he was never in and NEVER called me back! I finally had to call Verizon Wireless and thanks to their great customer service, I got my money back. 4 months later... I finally am getting my promotions I was promised. Another thing... the saleslady told us we had to trade in our devices which was wrong and Verizon Wireless just gave me a $200 refund because we should've been able to keep our devices. This store should be ashamed of how they are taking advantage...
Read moreMy phone was shut off after one month of service. I spent 2 HOURS & 45 MINUTES with the sales agent, Natasha Newton, to get my account corrected. Apparently, the account was set up for a different person's phone number that I was paying for. Natasha was the only sales agent working, as the manager called in and took the day off. She was professional in handling over a dozen customers until another sales rep came in and started helping an hour later. He came in an hour early. Natasha was constantly put on hold regarding my issue with not many others trying to get this issue resolved. She was under extreme duress, but remained calm and professional in handling other customer issues. I dislike how my account was originally set up under a different person's phone number, BUT AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH NATASHA NEWTON in her professionalism and how she conducted herself...
