KFC — Restaurant in Worcester

Would have left a negative one if I could have. I gave them a one star because I had to rate it. I don't usually complain much and I let a lot go but been to this place twice the first time the service at the drive-thru and then never seeming to have things that are on their menu I drove off tonight thanks to covid it was the only place around that was open. So did decided to give it another try that was a mistake and a waste of money didn't have what I wanted but ordered something anyway worst chicken I think I may have ever had you can tell the people that work here hate their job and don't enjoy being there and you could also tell by their attitude at the drive-thru that they just wanted to get out of there very upset after this experience I don't even know if I'll ever eat it another Kentucky...

Not sure what has happened with this location but it’s really gone down hill. I made an order online and drive though and the person on the other end said it will take 5 mins to get this order. So I said ok what would you like me to do….. he replied with nothing I said would you like me to pull over or drive back again. He said again you will have to wait 5 minutes. So………… why would he politely say if you pull over I’ll bring it out to you once your order comes through. Not make me drive all the way back around onto a main street and then back in the other side, which is like really hard to do in Worcester just for a five minute wait. poor customer service. the workers have a game in the kitchen, I shop and sit down to eat. a lady came in with her children to buy something to eat it seems that she made a mistake and all the workers started to make fun of her in front of her children the girl felt very uncomfortable the girl left and went back in to look for her receipt and the person who gave her the receipt made a mocking comment after she left. All this happened on March 7 between 6:25pm and 6:30pm at the KFC on Park Ave in Worcester, MA. I don't know the girl, but I was there and I didn't like what happened. Please, your business needs a...
