Kaffe.Inn Coffee — Restaurant in Worcester

Food: I ordered brown sugar milk tea, lychee tea cream, & caramel latte. All of the tea & espresso has great rich strong flavor, which is a great factor. However, the brown sugar was a bit too sweet and there's no suggestion to changing on the level of sweetness in thier online ordering process. The boba is very very chewy, in which some lost it's roundness texture to it. Lychee foam was had a more tart but wonderful tea flavor and the cream is a nice touch. You can probably enjoy it without the cream. The latte was great, rice potent espresso for sure. I did try ordering a banh mi but they do not have it in inventory yet, so I did a refund but by cash since the register couldnt get refund in card? I think it would be great if they had the option to adjust levels of sweetness and flavors.

Service: They made the drinks relatively quick, it wasn't too busy. Friendly staff, very accomedating depsite not having everything that I ordered. If you order online, it takes about 20 min depending on what you order but it might be faster to order in person as it only took 5 min to make 1 drink.

Ambiance: Its a nice quite place w/ lofi vibes. Its a perfect spot to study, which alot of students were there. They have plenty of seating area from the front for the cafe towards the window, to the common rooms. It's vietnamese owned so it was a warm, welcoming, and attentive, with a focus on hospitality

Location accommodation: Its' right on park ave and near clark university campus which is perfect for students to hang nearby. Parking is a bit limited but there is side parking to the left side of the building and they have a ramp for...

I've traveled the country as a traveling nurse. I sought the best food, giving little thought to coffee and tea because of how little variation exists between them. Until I went to Kaffe.Inn. Its over for me now; there's no more searching to be done. This is THE BEST coffee and Boba Tea I've ever had, ANYWHERE. Their tapioca is the perfect mixture of textures, not too tough to suck through the straw easily and not too soft that it disintegrates in your mouth after you get some. The flavor between sips is simply divine. I don't know nor care to know the black magic performed behind closed doors to make such perfect coffee, but I hope this place never shuts down. Every time I'm in Worcester, I will make time to throw money at Kaffe.Inn for the coffee.

I highly recommend the House Brown Sugar Milk Tea and especially the Saigon Latte.

Now take everything I wrote about the drinks and apply it to the food. Each item is either a classic coffee pastry or breakfast item mixed with Vietnamese flavor and garnish. Everything is prepared with such care and attention to detail that I almost feel bad eating it.

🌟✨ Shower this delightful cafe with love! Not only do they serve the most delicious food and drinks, but the people here are genuinely kind and helpful. I experienced a little hiccup when they ran out of coffee jelly, but they went above and beyond by offering to upgrade my drink to a large for free! How sweet is that? 💖 They even surprised me with a lovely little apology note that also read “Happy Valentine’s Day” 😭🫶🏽

I can’t get enough of their incredible char siu BBQ pork Banh Mi, which I've enjoyed at least four times now. Their chicken teriyaki Banh Mi is just as amazing! Their oat milk chai latte—it’s absolutely divine! I've also tried the strawberry flavor, and it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. 🍓☕ OH and their caramel frappe is 🔥 ✨ I’d share pictures of the drinks if didn’t inhale them already lol
