Don't ever order from here. I submitted an order last night through grubhub at 11:35pm and waited up an hour and a half for my food to arrive. It never arrived. No calls, no knocks on the door, nothing. I called this morning after the store opened to request a refund. I spoke to the manager on duty and as I stated my reason for calling she interrupted me, telling me that the driver knocked on the door, called several times and the store called several times. I have phone records that explicitly show otherwise, that I was never contacted and the store made no effort to deliver the product it promised. I am happy to provide those records, but the manager was uninterested. I even asked what times the store called me, a simple thing to look up on a modern phone system, but she was unwilling or unable to give me that information. I explained that I've been a delivery guy, i understand things happen, I just wanted my money back. She only offered to get me an explanation, but refused to give me my money back. When it became clear that the store was attempting to steal my money (by not delivering the product that they are contractually obligated to deliver), I became upset and was told that I was being rude, and they would no longer talk to me. I absolutely was rude. Because my money has been stolen.
It is really awe-inspiring to witness the level of base incompetence put on display by the staff at this store. The raw inability to transport a 16" pizza from one location to another in and of itself is difficult to comprehend but the sheer lack of cranial real estate to even engage in base level customer service best practices rivals the small rodential mammals found in the nethers of my apartment walls. Then take into perspective that given the respective positions of the people involved the issue appears to be systemic, a tumour of jaw-dropping incapability. If a business can be likened to a living thing this store would be truly a diseased beast, disfigured and deformed, parasitic to the ecosystem at large, eating whatever can be shoveled by it's mutated hands into its gaping maw, vacuous eyes barely registering the nature of it's own existence while providing no value to anyone, anywhere.
Don't ever order from here. This store is more than willing to breach their contractually obligated duty to deliver their product and steal your money you have worked hard for. They adhere to the pirate code, "take what you can, give nothing back." Which is funny in a hollywood movie, but a poor...

My husband drove the 30-35 minute drive to literally surprise me with their famous pizza and cheese cups! When he got home, he told me how rude the female at the register was and how awful it felt to even be in there because it is beyond less than welcoming to their customers!
He also opened up the box of pizza for me to not only see that it was barely cut into slices but to feel how cold it was. He clearly ordered THERE-at the restaurant. Obviously a 30-35 minute drive home wont keep a pizza super freshly hot, but it should still be a good warm temp!!
Unfortunately, I did eat some of it because I was so excited to just taste their pizza and cheese cups again, but I fully regret my husband spending his money at a restaurant who take ZERO pride in what they do and neglect to put quality into every order.
Sadly, we will not be eating here ever again, even if it is my favorite...
Read moreI moved in the area in June and as excited to see papa Johns was in my delivery area being from Florida papa johns was my spot and my husbands favorite. A few months back we had a bad experience with an online order glitch and when we called the store the manager at the time said there was nothing to change it and I let it be refusing to order again for a while. Well tonight was my last attempt with them! So I place an online order and realized to take mushrooms and olives out so I call the store immediately, (I am allergic to mushrooms and my husband to Black olives)The lady answered with “can I put you on hold “ before I can respond I was already on hold! When they finally get back on the phone which was 2:20 minutes later and I try to explain the response from the associate was “ well I already made it... there’s nothing we can do about it.” Doesn’t let us finish even explaining about the allergies and at this point we decided to cancel the order completely!
