This was my first time trying this place because I love trying new places so I ordered fried dough and received my order with a piece of hair in it and right away I walked back in and asked for a refund, the lady there decided to argue with me and even clam that it's probably just my eyes, so not only did she try and argue claiming that everyone had their hair tied up which is not true because there are men there with a good amount of hair that can be tied up but isn't, but she also tried to tell me that something is wrong with my eyes because I said I found hair in my food, staff were not wearing hair nets and she was very rude to me, she even said, don't come back after she finally gave me a refund after I told her several times I do not want the fried dough I just...

I’ve had a few positive experiences with this place, but I had a disappointing experience placing an order today. I may have spoken with the manager or someone impersonating him, but they informed me that our orders might be canceled due to our past delays in receiving them. The person taking the order was extremely rude and brushed off my concerns. I politely informed them of the situation, and I understood their reasoning. I offered to ensure that my sound is on so that I can be available for the delivery. However, the gentleman who spoke to me was surprisingly rude. Best pizza & staff in the city! The pizza is delicious! perfect sauce/cheese ratio ;) Crust is light and airy; not heavy. Toppings are fresh & plentiful; we ordered pepperoni & sausage, pepper, onion. The Manager (Owner?) was incredibly kind and humble as we were ordering as a "Thank you" to the folks who run the local South Worcester Neighborhood Center & Pantry. He was gracious enough to give us a significant discount as he also shares a passion for the local community.
