Order via DD because I wanted to pick up. DD said order was ready. When I got there they said there’s no order. I sowed the conformation. They said I have wrong location. I showed them the location that I ordered from with their address. The guy working the register tried to give me someone else order, I advised not my name. He said then I don’t have it you have to contact DD.
Called DD and they advised that BWWGo accepted the order and they should have it because they advised DD that it was done. Guy at register talked to DD and then there was a name on the board that said DD - Locker then first the letters of my name. I asked is that it. He said well I don’t know. I said well I don’t either why don’t you go check.
He checked it was my order then he said well “Your Name is wrong” then he changed it to DD has your name wrong. I told him I had order like this from DD often from other restaurants long before this location excited and my name has always been correct. The problem is how he has his system programmed for DD intake for orders. It’s not my name or profile it’s not DD his system needs to be programmed properly.
The individual was telling everyone to check their orders because once they leave they will not honor. So I checked my order and my fries were missing. I told him I’m missing my fries, he looked at the receipt and said you didn’t order any fries. I know what I ordered and paid for I said I absolutely ordered fries. He looked at receipt again and said “Oh”. He went to get fries haphazardly put them in the bag. I took them out and put them in properly.
This individual should not be working the register. He does not have people skills, nor is he effective at fast food problem solving. He leaves it to his guests to solve. This location hasn’t been open a week. It’s not looking good if this is how they will do business. This service will surely drive customers away!

   Read moreEdit* I decided to go back after 4 months. This was 20 mins ago. I stood at the register for 15 mins and had to speak up to get my order taken. I get home and my order was wrong. They gave me spicy wings instead of regular. I see they responded to my initial review and clearly that response is a load of bullshit. Do not go here. The service is terrible and the employees are incompetent.
I walked in and ordered my food at exactly 10 pm on Friday Dec 27th. I didn't receive my food until 10:45 pm. Saw multiple people walk in, order, and get their food before me. I only ordered 6 boneless wings. Also, I asked for honey BBQ sauce on the side but when I got home (I live only 2 blocks away) the wings were cold, the sauce was on the wings, and it was the wrong sauce. Once it hit the 45 min mark of waiting I asked the employee what was going on and where was my food because I sat watching 2 employees talk on their phones and dance to music instead of working. The employee was rude and kept saying "I didn't take your order." I wasn't aware that the employee that takes the order is always the one who prepares the food. Btw I even called and asked to speak to a manager and the employee who answered the phone said 6x "I can help you. What do you want to order." The cashier rung the order in wrong and gave us all bone in. When I brought it to her attention, the cashier tried to do an even exchange even though the there was a clear price difference and then argued with me that the bone in and boneless were the same price. After asking for a manager, the manager began to attempt to refund my money which took 20 minutes. After the manager refunded my money, it took almost 30 min for them to remake our order.
