Culver’s — Restaurant in Worth Township

I usually am very impressed by the food and service. I have on a few occasions had to go into to the restaurant after using the drive thru to gather items I ordered that they failed to bring me. But on 6/3/2023 at approximately 8:30PM, the drive thru attendant was extremely rude and off putting. She was very unprofessional and was popping gum while speaking to my husband in a snappy tone. She never said the usual “My Pleasure” that we usually always get from other drive thru attendants. Maybe she (Brianna) was just having a bad day. But what the hell was going on with the food we ordered???!!! The fries were undercooked even my toddler didn’t eat them and she loves her French fries. The cod fish was drenched in grease and the coleslaw recipe was disgusting and not the same recipe I usually brag about, it tastes like vinegar with no sweetness the cabbage was withered and brown. I’m am appalled and disappointed at the service and food I received. I do not think I will be returning to the Kedzie location. I will take that drive to either location on Cicero 106th or 135th. 95th and Kedzie will not get another...

The service at Culver's on 95th and Kedzie has fallen off. This was one of my family's favorite places. We have dine-in and gone through the drive-thru for over 5 plus years. The last few times we have been there the order was either wrong or the customer service was poor. Npw they are not give me everything I order when through the drive-thru. My order was right but they didn't put everything in the bag. I check the first fee things think everything else is correct. It was not. So not only is the order missing things. The food seem to be not of the same quality it used to be. I told my family today 7-19-2024 @ 5:40 pm. That we can not go to that culvers again. I refuse to give my hard earned money away for poor service and food. When I called the culvers on 95th and Kedzie, all they could tell me is that they can take my name and I can come and get my cheese curds now or the next time I am at the restaurant. I stopped going 7 years ago because my order was never right. I made the mistake of going today. My burger was BLOODY. NEVER AGAIN!!!!The health department needs to pay you a visit asap.

I called the restaurant after I got home and bit into my bloody burger. Bloody like drippy, red liquid- not just a little rare. I asked for the manager, I asked why it was RAW and requested the corporate number. She said the restaurant ‘was really busy at the time but could call me back in 20 minutes with the number because she didn’t have it at the moment [paraphrased].'
