Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Worth Township

My nieces, my stepdad and I went to this Dairy queen today to get a birthday treat for my nieces' birthday. The young lady Anne took our order then proceeded to prepare my stepdad's ice cream cone. While holding the cone in one hand she combed her fingers through her hair with her other hand. She than switched hands with the cone and continued to comb her hair but with her other hand. After I asked for a new cone and asked her to wash her hands before serving the cone I brought it to the manager's attention to which he said he has told her not to touch her hair numerous times while working. I found it ironic that they would have a sign on the window regarding their concern for health but allow employees who work with food to have their hair loose and allow them to still work there after numerous times of being told to address...

was sitting down waiting to order because there was a few people ahead of us in line at the counter that didn’t even order yet and the old lady with the short hair was really snotty to me and my girlfriend saying “are you guys gonna order or what” and gave us a nasty look and so did the old man as soon as walked in the door and that’s not the first time i come to this dairy queen all the time because it’s the closest one to me and everytime ive been here the lady with short hair has always had an attitude with all her customers and i’ve seen one of the teenagers who works there has no gloves on and rubs her hand through her hair before and after making ice cream i will continue to go here for my ice cream just because its so close but if you have a closer dairy queen than this one please go this is the worst service...

Came in at around 2pm today(9/16), the female employee with short hair did not greet us or speak to us aside from the price of our order. we asked for extra toppings, she charged us for it but didn't give extra. Overall she was extremely rude. I came another day last week, the young girl with glasses and semi short light brown hair perfectly made our order in a timely matter. She should be the example for all employees for how to make Dairy Queen products. She gave us our ice cream with a smile and I could thoroughly enjoy the food.
