Intentional Nutrition in Alsip blew me away on my very first visit! I decided to try their fresh cut apple crisp oatmeal with a protein base, and it was absolutely excellent. The flavors were a perfect blend of freshness and nutritional goodness.

When I tell you that acai bowl is the BOMB, I couldnt even wait to get home to eat it. The establishment, customer service was PHENOMENAL. These Black Queens didn't drop the ball on not 1 person that walked in the door. From the greetings when you walked in to the smile behind the mask asking what can I get you. My first visit I had a hiccup and ordered something I didn't like very much. But the staff was super helpful, nice and accommodating. Since then I've been back several times their shakes and flavor variety is top tier. The customer service is always amazing and the energy of the staff and shop is very positive and uplifting.
